Amidst the accelerated restructuring of the global energy landscape, Green Energy Transformation is gaining attention. Since China established its dual-carbon target, the government has introduced a series of policies to promote green transformation across all sectors. According to the Business Confidence Survey by the German Chamber of Commerce in China (GCC), German businesses are actively pursuing greener operations, with two-thirds implementing relevant measures such as adopting green energy. However, they still encounter significant challenges such as in accessing stable green electricity.

在全球能源格局加速重构的大背景下，绿色低碳转型渐获关注。自中国双碳目标提出以来，政府陆续出台一系列政策，全方位推进各领域的绿色转型发展。据中国德国商会的商业信心调查结果，德国企业早已开启了绿色转型的进程——三分之二的德国企业已经采取了相关措施，包括将绿色能源作为一项重要的举措，但在获得稳定的绿色电力方面仍面临诸多挑战。

In this context, the German Chamber of Commerce in China – East China and Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) Administrative Committee are jointly hosting the ‘GCC Policy Lab: Policy Briefing and Case Sharing on Green Energy Transformation’ event. The event will bring together industry experts and business representatives to conduct an in-depth analysis of policies and pathways for energy green and low-carbon transformation, share experiences in green power and green certificate trading, showcase enterprise green transition practices and advance the process of energy green and low-carbon transformation collectively.

在此背景下，中国德国商会华东及华中地区将与苏州工业园区管委会共同举办 “能源绿色转型政策解读与实践” 活动，邀请行业专家、企业代表深入解读能源绿色低碳转型相关政策及路径，分享绿电绿证交易经验，展示企业绿色转型实践成果，共同推动能源绿色低碳转型进程。
