HR managers frequently ask themselves whether the compensation packages their companies provide match the local market’s average, and what salary they should provide based on seniority and region.

For the 18th time, the German Chamber of Commerce provides its member companies with the "Labor Market and Salary Report ". This year's benchmark publication examines the current developments in China's job market, and at the same time provides a forecast for 2026. Join us on Sept 5th for an in-depth review of the wage and salary developments for your employees in Beijing in 2025, current developments on the job market and an outlook 2026 developments.
连续18年,中国德国商会每年都会面向会员企业发布 “劳动力市场与薪酬报告”。今年第18版的《劳动力市场与薪酬报告》除了剖析中国就业市场发展现状,还将对2026年的就业市场进行预测。在此,我们诚挚邀请我们的会员及其他感兴趣的公司于9月5日与我们一起深入探讨2025年北京员工的工资和薪酬发展、就业市场的当前发展以及2026年的发展展望。
Besides the presentation of the report, for this year's HR Forum, we invited Dr. Martin Hofmann, Executive Vice President Human Resource, Orga. & ITP; Board of Management; Volkswagen (China) Investment and Chairperson, German Chamber of Commerce in China - North China to open the forum with a keynote speech.
