Panpan Tang is a Senior Associate at CMS, China. She has more than 10 years’ experience in advising clients in intellectual property, information technology, technology, media and telecommunications, e-commerce and data protection issues. She has provided practical advice to multinational companies on specific issues such as privacy policies, data cross-border transmission, data sharing contracts, etc. She has also supported many European companies in automotive, manufacturing, fashion, and other industries to conduct compliance checks and deploy compliance measures with regard to data and personal information security.
Chase Chen is an Associate at CMS Shanghai Office. He focuses on the employment practice area and has been advising clients on employment issues, including labour contract, hiring and terminating employees, non-competition and trade secret, work permit, secondment and visa issues of expatriates as well as providing advice on labour disputes and employment related due diligences since 2017. He has also advised clients on compliance issues such as compliance policies and misconduct investigation, etc.
