For the 18th time, the German Chamber of Commerce provides its member companies with the “Labor Market and Salary Report.” This year’s benchmark publication examines the current developments in China's job market, and at the same time provides a forecast for 2026. In addition, he acts as the Head of HR Region Asia in full charge of HR management for China, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam. He led HR team to continuously won the “Top Employer” certification for DRÄXLMAIER China.
He has 20+ years’ global HR management experience in automotive industry at the DAIMLER AG.
