From Macro Capital Waves to Micro Compliance Flows:

2025 China’s New Financing Landscape and Distribution Compliance Guide

从宏观资金潮到微观合规流:2025中国融资新格局与利润分配合规要点指南

Language: English

Date & Time: 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., September 4, 2025

Venue: 23rd Floor, Shanghai Tower, Pudong New Area, Shanghai

上海市浦东新区陆家嘴街道陆家嘴环路479号上海中心大厦23层

The German Chamber of Commerce in East China cordially invites you to FinTax Day 2025 on 4 September; this event will decode China’s second-half financing landscape through the dual lens of “Macro Capital Surge” and “Micro Compliance Flows.”

Macro Capital Surge, presented by LBBW, will first chart GDP trajectories, the shifting geography of China’s trade surplus, and how weakening exports are intensifying pressure to revive domestic consumption. The same session will examine housing-market fragility, consumer confidence, Beijing’s debt headroom, and its untapped taxation capacity, then share client-level insights: the swing to onshore financing, the quiet unwinding of shareholder loans, shorter remittance cycles to headquarters, renewed M&A appetite, and the diverging KPIs of Chinese versus international banks.

Micro Compliance Flows, led by Ecovis, will zoom in on the moment of profit distribution. We will ask whether cash in the bank truly secures treaty-rate cash in your pocket, explain why the tax bureau can still demand fresh documentation after a dividend is paid, and show how one missing Certificate of Beneficial Ownership—or an outdated shareholding chart—can instantly erase a 10 % German treaty benefit.

Therefore, we extend a sincere invitation for your presence at this event. Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with industry executives to dissect the latest trends and lock in every available policy advantage.
