The German Chamber of Commerce in China - East China cordially invites you to explore corporate sustainable development practices. This time, we will focus on Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the benchmark pharmaceutical enterprises in regard of sustainable development. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of its “Sustainable Development for Generations (SD4G)” strategy and explore the sustainability practices of the production and supply site of Human Pharma (BISPL) located in Zhangjiang, Shanghai.

 中国德国商会华东与华中地区诚邀会员企业参与商会绿色洞察之旅系列活动！本次参观活动将带您走进制药行业可持续发展典范企业之一——勃林格殷格翰，深度解读其“为了世世代代的可持续发展 Sustainable Development for Generations (SD4G)”战略，并实地探访其位于上海张江的人用药品生产与供应基地（BISPL），共同探索企业可持续发展实践。

As Boehringer Ingelheim’s first production site in China and one of the most important production and supply centers in the Asia-Pacific region, BISPL was recognized as China’s first carbon-neutral pharmaceutical manufacturing site through top-level decarbonization planning across energy usage, manufacturing processes, and logistics management. It has also received multiple green recognitions, including low-carbon pioneer, green factory, zero-carbon factory, and zero waste landfill plant.

BISPL作为勃林格殷格翰首个在华生产基地和亚太地区最重要的生产与供应中心之一，通过能源使用、生产制造过程和物流管理等方面的系统减碳设计，成功打造了中国首个制药行业碳中和工厂，并获评低碳先行者、绿色工厂、零碳工厂、废弃物零填埋工厂等多项绿色殊荣。

During the visit, Dirk Otto, Head of Strategy & Organizational Culture from Boehringer Ingelheim, will attend and share insights on the SD4G framework and Boehringer Ingelheim's innovative practices and prioritized initiatives in BISPL. You will visit the core areas of the BISPL site that showcase its green practices, and witness its efforts in energy efficiency, emission reduction, and sustainable development.

本次活动中，勃林格殷格翰总部战略与组织文化负责人Dirk Otto将出席并分享公司SD4G战略以及BISPL工厂对SD4G战略的创新实践和优先倡议。随后您将参观BISPL工厂的核心区域，直观感受其在节能减排、绿色制造与可持续发展方面的探索与实践。
