[Oct 15 | Taicang] GCC Roundtable:

Securing young Talents for Future Growth

Date & Time: October 15, 2025, 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Venue: AHK Academy, 2nd Floor, West Side, 66 Ningbo East Road, Taicang, Jiangsu Province

People are the key to business success. For most medium-sized and large companies in Germany, dual vocational education and training (VET) for apprentices is an investment in the future that pays off for both employers and employees. In Europe, countries with dual VET systems have the lowest youth unemployment rates and the highest apprentice-retention rates. Several German industrial champions that need highly qualified staff appreciate the advantages of the apprenticeship model and are now implementing dual VET in China.
