Join us for an exclusive insight tour on October 27, 2025 at POLYTEC AUTO PARTS Tianjin Co., Ltd. together with Mr. Erwin Reineke, Polytec's Plant Manager, to learn more about Polytec's history, production lines, and its business. Polytec Tianjin was founded in December 2014 in Tianjin TEDA-West as a subsidiary of Polytec AG. SOP for series production started in March 2016. Polytec Tianjin focuses on technical injection-molded parts for engines and transmissions and has currently approximately 50 people. The main customers are FAW, VW ATJ, Geely, BBAC, IFCO.

Our member bdp China will further provide a “Comparative Analysis of Chinese and German Labor Law (Labor Contract Disputes, Termination or Rescission)”. bdp provides professional advice and guidance for large and medium-sized businesses in the fields of tax, legal, finance, audit, restructuring and other areas as a global company.

For this session, we are very happy to welcome Mr. YANG Shaoxiang, General Counsel and Senior Attorney of bdp China, and Mr. Lars Christopher Krieger, Attorney of bdp Germany. They will conduct a comparative analysis of Chinese and German labor law, covering aspects such as handling labor disputes, rescission and termination of labor contracts, and severance pay. In collaboration with Mrs. Sara Zimmermann, Senior Consultant of bdp China Desk they will focus on the unique characteristics of German companies in China. They will include advice to companies and their people from a perspective of Chinese and German cultural differences and HR compliance and share their professional experience by real anonymous case studies.

2.Risks faced by companies and prevention measures when unilaterally terminating or cancelling labor contracts under German and Chinese labor law.
