The Board of Directors of the German Chamber of Commerce in China - East China invites all members to Annual General Meeting to present the Board Report and the Treasurer's Report, elect the Board of Directors 2026 - 2029 and vote for an Amendment of the Statutes.

How do I Cast my Vote?

Make your vote count! We are calling every Corporate and Individual Member of the German Chamber of Commerce China -  East China to cast their vote. As a Voting Member, you can cast your vote online or on site in the Meeting on March 31, 2026: 

 - Online Voting: The Online Polls will be open from March 5, 2026, 00:00 CST until March 26, 2026, 24:00 CST 

The online polls will open on March 5, 2026, allowing you to vote virtually and without any geographic restrictions. All Voting Members will receive their individual online voting access code via email. For inquiries, please contact the Chamber team at chamber-east@china.ahk.de. 

 - On-site Voting: in the Meeting on March 31, 2026

Important Notice: 

Only Corporate and Individual Members who have paid all past and current membership fees for 2026 are eligible to cast their votes. Every Voting Member has one vote. Please note that for this reason, we will send the online voting invitation only to the permanent representative. 

In case your company has not yet named a Voting Member, please do so at your earliest convenience and communicate his/her name to Ms. Daisy Zhu, Deputy Executive Director, zhu.jingjing@china.ahk.de, no later than 6 p.m., March 26, 2026. Motions to be Presented

- Election for the Board of Directors 2026-2029 of the German Chamber of Commerce in China - East China

- Election of the Auditor: the current Board of Directors proposes China Regal CPAs LLP 中瑞诚会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙） to be the Auditor for the upcoming three years.

- Formal Approval of the Board's Reports and of the Actions of the Board 2024-2026

- The address of the German Chamber of Commerce in China - East China will be changed to:

During the meeting we will also showcase the Chamber's activities and review the financials from last year, and we would be happy to answer your questions! We would like to show our gratitude for your support throughout this period, without which our activities would not have been successful. 

Afterwards, we will present you with the results of our Vote, welcoming the new Board of Directors 2026-2029!
