As one of the pioneers of Industry 4.0 Turck provides automation solutions for factories, processes and logistics across numerous industries, like food, pharmaceutical, chemical and the automotive industry. Turck (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd.incorporated in 2003 produces, processes and sells electronic devices, sensors and related products for the automation industry.
We will furthermore explore the topic of the new upcoming Environmental Code through a presentation by RÖDL China and its partner Ralph Koppitz. Like the Civil Code this new, about 1,200 articles long, Environmental Code fundamentally reshapes the legal framework. This session will not only provide insight into its systematics, but also focus particularly on managerial liability, personal responsibilities and compliance duties of directors and executives.
