Educators face the task of helping students develop self-regulation skills, essential for proactive learning. To ensure students are participating in their own learning, invite them to increase their level of responsibility. This inspires students to teach themselves, as well as their peers.
Teachers will:
See improved classroom dynamics and student participation
Learn practical techniques that lead to increased student participation, understanding of criteria for success, and improved ability to self-regulate.
Leaders will:
Gain insight into fostering a school culture that emphasizes student engagement and ownership of learning
Be able to guide and support their teaching staff in implemented strategies.
What You'll Learn?
Encourage students to become active participants in their learning process through fostering academic self-assessment (ASA), identifying the factors that contribute to motivation in learning and aspiring to be challenged, describing the principles of deliberate practice, modeling feedback and support learners seeking feedback, executing formative practice to boost metacognition, and creating opportunities for learners to monitor progress.
REFUND POLICY:
A 2% transaction fee, charged by the payment platform (not the organizer), will be deducted from any refunds requested before April 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2026.
