China M&A for European Corporates in 2026:
Market Trends, Strategy, and Execution
Language : English
Date&Time :June 10, 2026, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Venue : Microsoft Teams
(Members Only)
China remains a key market for many European corporates, but also one where the competitive landscape is becoming increasingly intense. Against a backdrop of geopolitical shifts, changing trade dynamics, and stronger local competitors, many companies are reassessing how to strengthen their competitiveness both within China and globally. In this environment, M&A and equity partnerships are increasingly being considered not only as growth tools, but also as strategic levers to adapt to evolving market dynamics, access local capabilities, and respond to rising competitive challenges.
This webinar will explore current M&A and partnership trends involving European corporates in China, including strategic rationales for inorganic growth and the practical realities of operating and executing transactions in the Chinese market. The session will also discuss valuation and IPO trends, as well as opportunities arising from ongoing market consolidation and the growing international expansion of Chinese companies. In addition, the discussion will address key transaction execution considerations in a China M&A context, including differences in approaches and processes between European and Chinese buyers, based on practical on-the-ground experience in the Chinese market.
Join us for a discussion on how European companies can utilize M&A and strategic partnerships to strengthen competitiveness and navigate transactions more effectively in the current market environment.
