As organizations navigate an increasingly complex business environment, HR leaders are facing a growing range of challenges. Economic uncertainty, demographic change, talent shortages, evolving employee expectations, and rapid technological advancements are reshaping the workplace at an unprecedented pace.

At the same time, artificial intelligence is transforming human resources from multiple angles. AI-powered tools are changing how companies recruit, develop, and retain talent, while simultaneously creating new demands for skills, training, and workforce development. Organizations must not only learn how to leverage AI effectively, but also prepare their employees for a future in which human and artificial intelligence increasingly work side by side.

Against this backdrop, the German Chamber of Commerce in China – North China is pleased to present the 3rd HR Forum Beijing, bringing together HR executives, business leaders, and industry experts to discuss the most pressing workforce challenges and opportunities facing companies in China today.

As part of the forum, the German Chamber will officially launch the 19th Labor Market and Salary Report 2026/2027, marking the first event in this year's nationwide report launch series. Based on extensive market data and company feedback, the report provides valuable insights into salary developments, hiring trends, talent availability, and key HR priorities across China.

Join us on August 24, 2026 to explore how organizations can attract, develop, and retain talent in an era defined by AI, transformation, and changing workforce expectations.
