Chase Chen is Associate at CMS Shanghai Office. He focuses on the employment practice area and has been advising clients on employment issues, including labour contract, hiring and terminating employees, non-competition and trade secret, work permit, secondment and visa issues of expatriates as well as providing advice on labour disputes and employment related due diligences since 2017. He has also advised clients on compliance issues such as compliance policies and misconduct investigation, etc.
陈殷冰先生现担任CMS上海办公室顾问。他专注于劳动法领域,自2017年起为客户提供全方位劳动法领域的咨询服务,涵盖劳动合同起草、员工招聘与解雇、竞业限制与商业秘密保护、外籍员工工作许可、劳务派遣、签证事务,劳动争议解决,并参与劳动领域相关的尽职调查。此外,他在合规政策与员工不当行为调查等合规领域亦具有丰富经验。

吴敏女士现任途易酒店集团大中华区及中亚区总经理,全面掌管该区域业务拓展与运营管理,主导途易酒店品牌在两大区域的战略布局与市场深耕。在加入途易之前,吴敏女士曾于Club Med亚太地区担任首席运营官,推动战略优化,主导跨职能整合,强化运营卓越能力。吴敏女士在开发、设计及运营领域拥有深厚经验,兼具清晰的战略视野与卓越的执行力。本科毕业于浙江大学,研究生就学于法国里昂商学院,获得金融管理硕士文凭,她曾在法国游学与工作五年,积累了宝贵的国际化与跨文化协作经验。
As General Manager of Greater China and Central Asia at TUI Hotels & Resorts, Ms. Wu Min is responsible for the full spectrum of business development and operations, steering the brand's strategic direction and market growth across both regions. Prior to joining TUI Hotels & Resorts, Min held Chief Operating Officer roles at Club Med in the Asia-Pacific region, refining strategic direction and driving cross-functional integration to enhance operational excellence. With extensive experience across development, design, and operations, Min brings a strong blend of strategic vision and execution. Graduated from Zhejiang University of China, she then studied in Em-lyon Business School and received a graduate diploma in finance. She spent five years studying and working in France, gaining valuable cross-cultural experience.
