Three “tectonic forces” are currently reshaping the global business landscape. They are:
Technological Force: The accelerating evolution of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) is redefining industrial structures and the way businesses create value.
Geopolitical Force: Global supply chains are undergoing a difficult transition from efficiency-first principles toward a new equilibrium prioritizing security, resilience, and trustworthiness.
Human Force: Changing demographics, worker expectations, and technology-driven changes to work models are reshaping employment relations and organizational logic, profoundly challenging the traditional development path that relies on low-cost labor.
Operating in this new economic phase, traditional growth strategies are no longer adequate. Under the theme “The New Growth Equation”, this year’s Fortune Global 500 Forum will focus on core agendas, including AI‑driven industrial transformation, global supply‑chain restructuring, sustainable and inclusive growth, and opportunities and risks in emerging markets. Bringing together leaders from the world’s top enterprises, the forum will explore new business variables, figure out new growth formulas, and identify the best ways for leading companies to navigate cycles and achieve sustainable, high‑quality growth.
