I found a good [July 17 | Shanghai] GCC Knowledge Hub: Cross-Border Transfer Pricing Risk Management for European Enterprises——2026 Transfer Pricing and Permanent Establishment (PE) Risk Prevention 欧洲企业跨境利润转移风险管理——2026 年转让定价与常设机构风险防范 at @BagEvent, share it to everyone!
In 2026, with the continuous advancement of global anti-avoidance rules and tax transparency, as well as the in-depth implementation of China’s Golden Tax Phase IV and the multi-department Information Sharing Platform, European enterprises operating in China and engaging in cross-border transactions are facing a more rigorous and data-driven tax enforcement environment. Tax authorities increasingly rely on big data analytics, related-party filing information, and the integration of customs and foreign exchange data to systematically identify risks relating to cross-border profit shifting, inappropriate transfer pricing, and under-disclosure of permanent establishments (PE). For European enterprises, designing business models, contractual arrangements and transfer pricing structures under the “substance-over-form” principle—while optimizing the tax burden within a compliant framework—has become a central challenge of tax management.
This event will address key risk areas and emerging enforcement trends relevant to European enterprises in China and across borders, and will, by drawing on recent audit cases, provide practical guidance on how to prepare, including:
a) 2026 Transfer Pricing Audit Focus Areas and Trends
b) Transfer Pricing and Cross-Border Profit Allocation Arrangements and Risk Management
c) Identification and Mitigation of Permanent Establishment (PE) Risks of Related Parties
d) Case Studies on Transfer Pricing Audits and Dispute Resolution
