As AI agents evolve rapidly, the key challenge facing enterprises is no longer the technology itself, but whether the organizational structure is ready for intelligent transformation. This GCC Virtual Exchange will draw on Alibaba Cloud’s practical insights to explore how to move from “tool empowerment” to “organizational restructuring,” helping businesses build an organization truly fit for the AI era.

为什么必须变？用 AI 工具远远不够，工业时代的组织架构无法运行智能时代的工具。
Why change? Using AI tools is not enough — an industrial-era organizational structure cannot run intelligent-era tools.
AI-Native 组织长什么样？四根支柱：极短的决策链路、极高的人才密度、极低的协调开销、极强的决策洞察。
What does an AI-Native organization look like? Four pillars: ultra-short decision chains, extremely high talent density, minimal coordination overhead, and strong decision-making insights.
如何开始变？组建一支“AI 特战队”，30 天验证周期，用数据证明“5 人 + Agent = 20 人效果”。
How to start? Form an “AI SWAT team,” run a 30-day validation cycle, and use data to prove that “5 people + agents = the output of 20.”
数据驻留怎么办？：在中国搭建全球 IT 系统，必须厘清数据驻留规则，哪些数据必须存储在哪里？同时，还需应对在中国使用境外 AI 模型，以及在境外使用中国 AI 模型的合规挑战。
What about data residency? Building global IT systems in China requires clarity on data residency rules. What data must be stored where? It also involves navigating compliance challenges around using non-Chinese AI models within China, and deploying Chinese AI models outside China.

The German Chamber Virtual Exchange is our monthly event where members can freely connect and exchange insights on topics related to business in East China. This virtual event aims to provide a platform for sharing experiences, ideas, and best practices.
