Mr. Chen, after graduation from the Department of Chemical Engineering in National Taiwan University, had worked for Procter & Gamble for 25 years in global R&D management, prior to his joining of Master Kong. Ms. Tana Dai has more than 20 years' experience in the fashion industry. She joined Erdos Cashmere Group in 1994 and is dedicated to refining her expertise in industry development, brand strategy and management.

Tana Dai keeps sustainability at the forefront of the group's strategic planning. She is one of the promoters of the establishment of the group's sustainability strategy ERDOS WAY in 2018. She's leading the group to promote and implement the concept of 'responsible cashmere' across the whole industrial chain. To further advance the sustainable actions at the beginning of the supply chain, Tana led the set-up of the Erdos Eco Ranch, where the group invests in research to develop sustainable and responsible cashmere production approaches.

Tammy has over 27 years' experience in the China real estate market, working in both developers, occupiers and brokerage sides. She has worked in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenyang, Chengdu and Xi'an. Tim Ding is responsible for growing Veeva Commercial business in China. He has over 20 years' experience working in the enterprise software and services industry. 

Before joining Veeva, Tim was Managing Partner for the China business of Delaware International, a global consulting firm, where he focused on the China life science industry sector. Tim grew the business from 10 to 200, opening offices and building teams over 10 years in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Beijing, Suzhou and Harbin. In the Life Sciences sector, he helped drive digital transformation for top tier biotech and bio pharma companies. 

Tim began his career in SAP, where he held various technical and managerial positions over 10 years including Basis team lead and SAP migration program lead. Tim also built the first SAP Solution Extension sales team in China.

DING Xiaohong is a Member of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President at Schneider Electric, and leads the Industrial Automation business for Schneider Electric China.

She leads and develops the overall industrial automation business in discrete, hybrid and process industries, forges the comprehensive Green Smart Manufacturing solutions, including industrial software, equipment manufacturing automation, manufacturing and process automation, and consulting services, so as to drive forward the industrial digital transformation in China.

As a co-founder of I-Mab Biopharma, he led the company’s preparation in 2015, overseeing early-stage core R&D, product pipeline development, and the establishment of a global intellectual property system. He guided the team to overcome technical barriers, supporting the company in securing over US$300 million in multi-round financing and achieving a landmark NASDAQ listing in January 2020—one of the most notable biotech IPOs that year. Dr. Trency Gu is a Managing Director at HongShan, focusing on the healthcare sector, including innovative pharmaceuticals, molecular diagnostics, and precision medicine. Prior to joining HongShan in 2012, Dr. Gu served as an Investment Manager at OrbiMed Asia, specializing in biomedical investments across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. Before that, Dr. Gu was a Project Manager in the Global R&D Division at Eli Lilly, where she was responsible for R&D collaborations, project introductions, and management in China. Earlier in her career, she served as Manager of Research Planning at Shanghai Genomics, overseeing new drug introduction and preclinical research projects.

Ms. Guan Xiaohui is currently Co-Chairman and Executive Director of Fosun Pharma. She previously worked at the Jiangxi Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Mr. Liu Huifu serves as Director, and Chief Technology Officer of iSoftStone. He oversees the company's innovation and R&D division, with full responsibility for humanoid robots, composite robots, digital twins, and simulation technologies. and manages the Group Technology and Innovation Research Institute, the Group Strategy and Brand Marketing Department, and the Group Digital Management Department.

Mr. Liu Huifu has received the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress at the provincial level, as well as a Silver Award at the China Expo for product excellence. Ms. Crystal Zang , has been the Executive Director, Executive Vice President and CFO of Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited (Stock Code 1833.HK）since March 2022 when she joined the Group. Ms. Zang is experienced in financial and operation management, corporate risk control and financing, investment and M&A management of global multinational enterprises as well as Chinese Internet companies. She worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte at domestic and abroad, as well as InterContinental Hotels Group PLC, Caocao Chuxing and Didi Chuxing, and served as senior executives of the company and finance department. Ms. Zang, FC MA, FIPA, FCPA （Australia），obtained a bachelor’s degree in Arts from Fudan University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.

Professor Zhang is a highly recognized economist for his long time studies of Chinese economy and economic development. Since 2015 he has been serving the position of Deanship for the School of Economics at Fudan University, Shanghai, one of most prestigious universities in China.  

Professor Zhang publishes widely. Recent contributions have been to American Economic Journal, Structural Change and Economic Dynamics, The World Economy, The Scottish Journal of Political Economy, China Economic Review, Economic Modelling, Economic Systems, Comparative Economic Studies, Journal of Asian Economics, Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy, the Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies, etc. He has also authored or edited numerous books including Unfinished Reforms of the Chinese Economy (World Scientific Publishing Ltd., 2013), and End of Hyper Growth in China(Palgrave Macmillan, 2016).  

He is the recipient of the Best Paper Prize awarded by Journal of Chinese Business and Economic Studies (2015) and the Bergson Prize by the American Association for Comparative Economic Studies(ACES) for his co-authored paper published in Comparative Economic Studies(2018).  

Letian Zhang, Chief Technology Officer of BSH Home Appliances China and Senior Vice President of the Bosch Group. He is responsible for R&D, innovation, and AI-related activities at BSH China, driving the deep integration of intelligent manufacturing and digital technologies to enable sustainable, high-quality growth. 

Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at Tsinghua University, focusing on AI-assisted scheduling in complex manufacturing environments.

Zhang joined FORTUNE China in 2009, and was promoted to Executive Editor in 2013. Zhang currently have more than 2.9 million followers on LinkedIn. Before joining FORTUNE China, Zhang was Managing Editor of InformationWeek China. In 2004, he was admitted by Cambridge, Oxford and Carnegie Mellon University and chose to pursue MSc of Computer Science in Oxford. In 2005, he graduated with straight “A”s from Oxford University, gave up an early offer from a sub company of News Corporation in West London and came back home to continue his career in China’s media business.

Zhang has a BA in English & American Studies from Beijing Foreign Studies University and joined China Daily to work as a reporter and editor. In his earlier days, Zhang won the “best story award” from China Daily twice and played a key role in creating the ELT weeklies for the group. Zhang also got the Certificates of "Building a Business" course from Said Business School, Oxford University, and Finance Media EMBA Fellowship Program from PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.

Ginger Cheng is Chief Executive Officer of DBS Bank (China) Limited and a member of the DBS Group Management Committee. Ginger has spearheaded execution of the group’s China strategy since taking the helm in 2022, driving significant growth for the franchise in this key market.

A veteran banker with over 30 years of experience in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Ginger has deep expertise in corporate finance, syndicated loans, and investment banking, as well as extensive knowledge of cross-border financial services. Before becoming CEO, she served as Deputy CEO of DBS Bank China, fostering expansion of the Institutional Banking Group (IBG) in support of Chinese companies’ outbound investment into ASEAN countries. Throughout her career with DBS Group, spanning various senior roles, she has consistently driven significant business growth with vision and foresight.

In 2025, Ginger was named by Fortune as one of “China’s Most Powerful Women in Business”.

Ginger is also Chairman of DBS Technology (China) Limited and holds non-executive director positions at Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank and Changsheng Fund Management. Furthermore, she serves on the International Expert Committee for Project Development at Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), mentoring the next generation of financial leaders. Prior to joining DBS in 2001, she held senior management positions at Bank of America, specializing in regional loan syndication.

Ginger holds a Bachelor’ of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. A Beijing native, Ginger is fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese, and Shanghainese.

Mr. Li Zhong has extensive international experience in the healthcare, retail, and consumer goods sectors. He has held senior positions in leading companies across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US, with responsibilities spanning business operations, corporate finance, M&A, integration and fund management.

Mr. Zhong joined Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) in 2008. Since 2021, he has served as President of Asia Pacific, responsible for WBA’s operations, joint ventures, equity and fund investment businesses across the region. He is currently Vice Chairman of Guoda Drugstore (China's leading pharmacy chain with about 10,000 stores), and a Standing Committee Member of the China Association of Pharmaceutical Commerce (China’s industry body for pharmaceutical distribution and retail pharmacy).

Prior to his current role, Mr. Zhong was WBA Group Vice President of Global M&A and Development at its global headquarters in Chicago, where he played a key role in driving the Group’s strategic deals focusing on healthcare services and digital innovations, including the oversight of WBA's corporate venture capital arm (Well Ventures) and various fund investments.

Mr. Zhong’s previous boardroom experience includes serving on the boards of several pharmaceutical services and healthcare technology companies in the US, Europe and China.

Before joining WBA, he held several management roles at Procter & Gamble UK/Europe.

Mr. Zhong earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics with Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. He is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Michael Zhong spearheads the China Office of SP International (SPI), the international business subsidiary of SP Group. He is responsible for exploring business development and investment opportunities within China.

Michael has more than 25 years of experience in the energy business with extensive knowledge of the Chinese energy infrastructure markets and policies. He was previously the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of SGSP (Australia) Assets Pty Ltd, a joint venture between State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) and SP Group in Victoria, Australia.

Prior to that, Michael held key leadership positions in SGCC, ranging from business development, tariff regulation and finance. He was the Head of Business Development of State Grid Overseas Investment Ltd, where he was responsible for the cornerstone investment in HK Electric Investments and established SGCC’s overseas funding platform through issuances of bonds.   He was also the Deputy Head of Tariff Regulation Division in SGCC where he was closely involved in the electricity market reform and renewable energy incentive scheme with the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) and provincial regulators.  

Michael has a Master of Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing, China.

Zhou joined iKang in 2006 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of iKang Healthcare Group in February 2021. During his tenure at iKang, Zhou held the positions of Sales Director of Nanjing Region, Vice General Manager of Marketing of Zhejiang Region, Executive General Manager of Jiangsu Region, General Manager of Shanghai Region, and Vice President of the Group. Zhou holds a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from Wuxi University of Light Industry, and an EMBA from Fudan University and National Taiwan University.

Christina Zhu is a co-head of Spencer Stuart’s Greater China region and the office manager in Beijing and Shanghai. She also leadsthe firm’s Industrial Practice in Asia Pacific. She brings extensive corporate leadership and consulting experience across theindustrial, healthcare, professional service and private equity industry to help clients in senior leadership appointments, assessmentand development.

Extensive industrial and private equity expertise

Before joining Spencer Stuart, Christina led the Greater China industrial practice and was a core member of the CFO practice for another leading executive search firm.

Previously, Christina served as China development director at CRH, a global building materials company, where she was mainly responsible for corporate strategy and M&A activities in China. She also spent three years at the company’s headquarters inEurope, investigating investment opportunities there.

 In an earlier role at Express Scripts, the largest pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) in the United States, Christina designed

healthcare services and developed business relationships with various Chinese healthcare system stakeholders.

Christina also did a five-year stint as a consultant at Bain & Company, working with clients on a variety of strategic and operational assignments.

Christina earned a B.A. from Nanjing University in China, before completing an M.B.A. in finance (with honors) from the WhartonSchool at the University of Pennsylvania. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.

Born in May 1979, Leon Chuang, of Han ethnicity and a native of Taiwan, China, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He began his career in July 2001 and entered the renewable energy sector in 2008. With 18 years of experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, he has witnessed its evolution from an emerging technology to a globally recognized field.

Leon Chuang has held key positions at Jiangsu Ruijing Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Volsolar, CITIC Group, and Risen Energy Co., Ltd. He was deeply involved in the early establishment and international market expansion of Ruijing Solar, introduced German EPC technologies and feasibility study systems to China during his tenure at Volsolar, and led large-scale ground-mounted PV power plant projects at CITIC Group, gaining extensive technical and managerial expertise.

As Head of Branding and Marketing Center at Risen Energy, he oversaw global market strategy, brand communications, and ESG initiatives, significantly enhancing the company’s international presence. He currently serves as Head of Branding and Marketing Center at ELITE Solar, where he leads corporate brand strategy and market promotion, dedicated to advancing the sustainable and high-quality development of the renewable energy industry.
