I found a good [Nov 6 | Taicang] GCC Compliance Roundtable: Navigating Q2 – Q3 2026 Tax & Financial Regulations: Regulatory Updates and Transfer Pricing Trends at @BagEvent, share it to everyone!
This 2026 Q2‑Q3 Tax & Financial Regulations Roundtable Salon targets corporate finance & tax directors, tax specialists and cross‑border finance professionals. Featuring senior tax experts from ECOVIS Ruide China, drawing on the resources of our ECOVIS global network, the round-table focuses on updates to financial and tax regulations. It offers face‑to‑face breakdowns and discussions on the latest financial and tax policies for Q2 and Q3 of 2026 as well as key updates on transfer pricing.
As part of the mid‑year financial and tax regulation series, the salon is structured into two core sessions:
The first session covers domestic financial and tax compliance updates. Based on a review of half‑year regulatory changes, it helps enterprises keep pace with the latest policy requirements and continuously consolidate and refine their domestic tax compliance framework.
The second session addresses key updates on transfer pricing. Against the backdrop of tightening global VAT/GST audits, cross‑border tax source supervision, application of tax treaties and compliance checks under BEPS 2.0, many foreign‑invested subsidiaries in China, despite sound domestic compliance systems, still face practical challenges in cross‑border related‑party transactions within their groups. Common pain points include related‑party transaction pricing, alignment with domestic tax interpretations, and bridging cross‑border tax system discrepancies.
The salon combines expert panel discussions, real‑world case studies and Q&A sessions. Tailored to the core cross‑border tax management needs of foreign‑invested enterprises in China, it supports companies in building a robust and standardized fiscal‑tax compliance management system.
