Quality and Quality management is changing and include digital topics such as Cyber Security (ACSMS), OTA (software updates over the Air), Information Security (TISAX), Parts and Process Approval (VDA 2 – PPA, including software), project management integration of Agile working teams (v-model/waterfall vs. Scrum).   

Due to this reason, we have more and more new international regulations and standards, also Chinese local requirements (GB & GB/T’s) technical compliance management becomes a very important topic for the top management too.

The German Automotive industry is leading on Quality (made in Germany), BMW has started as first OEM to export cars from China it is not made in Germany anylong but still represents high quality. Supply chain need to understand now international requirements too.

In content of 50 years anniversary of Sino-German Cooperation, we import the Q-Summit (Gipfeltreffen) to China for the first time, with excellent experts and VIPs who contributed to Quality in China.
