As the flagship business event organized by AHK Greater China, the AHK Xceleration Days (X-Days) attract thousands of business leaders, executives, and representatives of international organizations, aiming to promote bilateral economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between China and Germany jointly and to accelerate their business development in China.
The X-Days were already successfully held in Shenzhen and Shanghai, featuring a wide range of exciting activities, such as opening ceremonies, parallel forums, matchmaking sessions, exhibitions, field trips, business dinners, social events, and so on. The second edition of the X-Days in 2023 was a significant Sino-German business event after the pandemic and attracted nearly 1,000 German and Chinese business representatives and political guests to participate in more than 15 events over four days, setting an example for the strong will for cooperation and mutual trust in the international business community.

陈艳女士于2022年6月加入敦豪集团（DHL Group），任职集团公共事务副总裁，负责集团亚太地区公共事务。
在此之前，陈艳女士在霍尼韦尔公司工作15年，先后任职亚太区政府事务高级总监和智能建筑科技集团大客户总经理，广泛参与涉及航空航天、石油炼化、智慧科技等领域的业务。
加入霍尼韦尔之前，陈艳女士曾任职美国英特尔公司负责公共事务。
陈艳女士目前兼任中国欧盟商会物流组主席，并曾在2017-2018年兼任上海美国商会政府事务委员会主席，山东济南市市长国际经济咨询委员会（IECC）顾问，拥有新加坡国立大学理学硕士和吉林大学工学学士学位。

The AHK Innovation Awards is a startup pitching competition that aims to find and award innovative Chinese and German companies in specific industry categories. It is an ideal platform to present innovative technologies and solutions as well as to network with potential investors and business leaders and accelerate the cooperation within the industry. SMEs and startups that have won the pre-selection by a professional jury team will present and be evaluated by the audience. The winners will receive an AHK Innovation Awards Trophy plus additional awards.

The AI Economy sub-forum will delve into how AI in China is turning into a new quality productive force to drive innovation and transformation in various industries. Business Xceleration: Maximize the Impact of your Intellectual Property in China
Constant Innovation is important for accelerating business in China. To make the most out of a companies’ innovation activities a solid management of the intellectual property involved can help to maximize and sustain the innovation’s impact. This is ever more crucial against the background of increasing competition. In this closed-door exchange, experts and participants discuss strategies how intellectual property makes companies more competitive in China.

Based on the impulses from the X-Days 2024, field trips will be organized for German business delegations to visit various key projects and benchmark enterprises in diverse regions of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, including those who focus on intelligent manufacturing, technology innovation, green energy, talent development etc. Representatives of German companies will have the opportunity to exchange with local business representatives and government officials, get insights into the local business environment and policies, explore cooperation opportunities, and further implement the results of the X-Days 2024 forum dialogues.
