活动背景 Event Background

成都是中国西部地区重要的中心城市，市域面积1.43万平方公里，常住人口2147.4万。据官方统计数据，2025年成都地区生产总值达2.48万亿元，同比增长5.8%。

德国海外商会联盟·大中华区将携手成都市投促局于3月18日-20日联合举办德国隐形冠军企业合作周活动，邀请德国企业沉浸式感受“雪山下的公园城市、烟火里的幸福成都”的独特魅力，增进对成都宜居宜业环境的全面认知，推动产业合作与人文交流双向赋能。

Chengdu is a major central city in western China, with an administrative area of 14,300 square kilometers and a permanent population of 21.474 million. According to official data, Chengdu's regional gross domestic product (GDP) reached 2.48 trillion  RMB in 2025, marking a year‑on‑year growth of  5.8%.

AHK Greater China will join hands with the Chengdu Investment Promotion Bureau to co-host the Xplore Chengdu from March 18 to 20.  The event welcomes German companies to experience in an immersive way the unique charm of Chengdu, a city that describes itself as "A Park City Blessed with Snow Mountains, Brimming with Happiness, and Booming with Innovation", to showcase Chengdu's business environment, and facilitate industrial cooperation that benefit both sides, as well as cultural exchanges.

• 东风集团新能源整车生产制造基地 Dongfeng Motor Group New Energy Vehicle Production And Manufacturing Base

  此基地是东风汽车集团在西南地区布局的重要新能源整车制造平台，聚焦纯电、插混等多技术路线，具备年产30万辆新能源汽车的智能化生产能力。基地导入数字化工厂理念，集成柔性生产线、AI质检系统、智能物流调度等先进技术，打造“灯塔工厂”标杆。

  This base is located in Longquanyi District, Chengdu. It is Dongfeng Motor Group's important new energy vehicle manufacturing base in Southwest China, focusing on multiple technical routes including pure electric and plug-in hybrid models. It has intelligent production capacity for an annual output of 300,000 new energy vehicles. The base has adopted the digital factory concept, integrating flexible production lines, AI quality inspection systems, and intelligent logistics scheduling, aiming to establish a "lighthouse factory" benchmark.

• 中德智能网联汽车四川试验基地 Sino-German Intelligent Connected Vehicle Sichuan Test Base

  国内唯一的国际合作智能网联汽车示范基地，由工信部批复，是四川省和成都市的重点项目。拥有国内唯一真实隧道、以及高速环道、城市道路、乡村道路、桥梁、模拟立交等多种路况与特殊环境模拟工房，可复现雨、雪、雾等复杂天气；提供从封闭场地测试到开放道路测试的完整服务。测试合格的车辆可获得在成都市指定开放道路进行示范应用的资格。

  Located in Longquanyi District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, this is China’s only internationally cooperative demonstration base for Intelligent and Connected Vehicles. Officially approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), it stands as a key project for both Sichuan Province and Chengdu City. The base is equipped with China's only authentic test tunnel, along with a comprehensive range of road scenarios including a high-speed oval, urban roads, rural roads, bridges, and simulated interchanges. A special environment simulation workshop is also housed within the base. It can recreate complex weather conditions such as rain, snow, and fog, allowing for rigorous testing of vehicle sensors and algorithms. The base provides comprehensive services from closed-site testing to open-road trials. Vehicles that pass tests can obtain qualification for demonstration applications on designated open roads in Chengdu.

  A new-generation aviation enterprise under Geely Technology Group, focusing on vertical take-off and landing, new energy power, and intelligent driving. Aerofugia specializes in R&D, manufacturing, and operation of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. With a high-level R&D team of nearly 300 members, core technical personnel are drawn from leading domestic aerospace research institutes. Its first self-developed strategic product, the AE200, is a 6-seat pure electric manned eVTOL designed to advance Urban Air Mobility (UAM) and low-altitude economy applications, offering advantages in safety, economy, comfort, and environmental protection.   As the core platform for Chengdu's biomedical industry development, Tianfu International BioTown is positioned to become a world-class bio-industrial park.   The district focuses on the creative economy, digital economy, and headquarters economy, laying out productive service industries such as sci‑tech services, functional headquarters, and dual‑carbon services. It is committed to building a coordinated development system of "R&D + manufacturing," "manufacturing + services," and "headquarters + base," and to establishing the Pujiang Pastoral Sci‑Tech Innovation Center.   中德（成都）AHK职教培训中心，于2015年6月由蒲江县人民政府和德国海外商会联盟大中华区（AHK Greater China）联合打造的中国西部第一家跨企业培训中心。中心秉承德国“双元制”职业教育精髓，学历教育与职业培训并重。通过3年培训，学员可以考取：学历证书、“1+X”证书、技能等级证书、德语B2证书、AHK技术头衔证书。自中心创建以来，已培养400多名技能人才。

  The Sino-German (Chengdu) AHK Vocational Training Center was established in June 2015 through a joint initiative of the Pujian County People's Government and the AHK Greater China. As the first cross‑enterprise training center in western China, the Center follows the essence of the German "dual system" of vocational education, balancing academic study with hands‑on vocational training. After the three‑year training program, trainees may obtain academic qualifications and a range of professional credentials, including the "1+X" certificates, skill‑level certificates, German B2 language certificates, and AHK technical titles. Since its founding, the Center has trained more than 400 skilled professionals.

• 库卡机器人授权研究院 KUKA Robot Authorized Institute

  库卡机器人授权研究院，于2018年2月建成，是蒲江县人民政府和库卡机器人（上海）有限公司联合打造的中国最大的工业机器人应用培训基地。研究院按照KUKA全球统一标准，培养自动化生产系统集成、安装、调试和运维的高端技能人才，提供机器人操作、运维、系统集成等多种认证服务。

  KUKA Robot Authorized Institute was established in February 2018 as a joint project between the Pujian County People's Government and KUKA Robotics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Built to KUKA's global standards, it is one of the largest industrial robot application training bases in China. The Institute develops high‑level technicians in areas such as automation system integration, installation, commissioning, and operation & maintenance, and offers a range of certification programs in robot operation, maintenance, and system integration.

  A one‑stop global supply chain service platform brand for cold‑chain food, positioned as an operator of high‑quality cold‑chain food trading platforms. Through a nationwide network of asset‑heavy trading centers and an OMO (Online‑Merge‑Offline) business model, the brand provides end‑to‑end services including procurement agency, warehousing and distribution logistics, and supply chain finance, while also contributing to the development of cross‑border cold‑chain trade and supply chain service systems.

  An international block integrating commodity exhibitions, cultural experiences, and leisure consumption, featuring independent venues with exotic charm. Visitors can purchase global products such as French wines, German craft beers, and Italian leather goods in one stop, while participating in wine tastings and cultural sharing events. The center demonstrates how Chengdu International Railway Port utilizes China-Europe Railway Express services to bring in goods and culture from "the Belt and Road" countries, becoming a new consumption scene and popular destination where citizens can experience the world up close.
