• Papers must be submitted through the website. Please select relevant topics starting with ICVS2022 when selecting Session / Category. Each paper can only select one Session / Category for submission.
  

• All submitted papers must have not been published in any other publishing house. Once your paper is accepted, it must not be resubmitted to other platforms or publishing houses.

• The manuscript you submit will be subject to double-blind peer review. Please upload your full manuscript directly through the Editorial Manager (Platform), but please delete the author, unit, contact information, acknowledgment, and other relevant information in advance. This part of the information you can submit in the Additional Information of Editorial Manager when you submit your paper, and you will be allowed to adjust, once your manuscript has been accepted.

• Due to the strict implementation of double-blind peer review of papers, no admission rate is set.

Important Notes

• Once your paper is accepted by SAE, the authors of the paper will be invited to participate in the conference. If there are multiple authors, you can assign one of them to participate, and complete the registration and payment of the assigned participants. Otherwise, your paper will be disqualified for publication.

• The hosts will invite some outstanding papers to be presented at the conference. If your paper is invited to be presented at the conference, one of the authors or co-authors must be present on the stage.  If you are unable to attend and present the presentation, your paper will be not eligible for publication.

• SAE will issue a presentation certificate to the author who will present the paper at the podium. Please note that it will only be issued to the author who presented at the podium, not the first author.

• SAE will award the "Outstanding Paper Award" to papers both with outstanding writing and presentation.

• Approval of the final manuscript does not guarantee that the author will be given a speaking slot. Presentations will be assigned based upon topic applicability and the number of available speaking slots.
  

• Published papers will be fully searchable on SAE MOBILUS, the destination for mobility engineering resources at: https://saemobilus.sae.org/  and also will be indexed by Elsevier Ei Compendex

Publishing Q&A

Q: Once my paper has been accepted by SAE, when it can be published?

A: All the accepted papers will be officially published as a collection no later than November 30, 2022.

Q: When my paper can it be indexed by Elsevier Ei Compendex?

A:  Regularly, Elsevier needs 4~8 weeks to proceed with the process after officially published by SAE; and SAE cannot control it.
