The German Chamber of Commerce in China – East China (GCC) is pleased to invite you to the Company Visit to CRRC Qingdao Sifang and Wuyuan Semiconductor Technology (Qingdao), to be held on November 4th, in Qingdao, Shandong Province.
This site visit gives participants a unique chance to visit two enterprises based in Qingdao: CRRC Qingdao Sifang and Wuyuan Semiconductor Technology (Qingdao). Participants will observe their on-site manufacturing and engineering processes. The visit provides insight into the advancement of relevant high-tech sectors and how these companies conduct international business in China.
About CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. (CRRC Qingdao Sifang)
CRRC Qingdao Sifang develops and produces passenger rail vehicles for public transport. It keeps working to deliver dependable, eco-friendly and efficient mobility solutions. Drawing on its long engineering heritage, the company has built multiple product platforms covering high-speed trains, intercity trains, urban rail rolling stock and trams. It boasts a dedicated technical innovation team supported by national R&D institutions and overseas research centers, offering professional technical support for rail transit equipment. Its manufacturing base in Qingdao is equipped with complete production and testing lines for rail vehicles, and its products are deployed in transportation projects around the world.
About Wuyuan Semiconductor Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. (WYSEMI)
WYSEMI specializes in 3D integrated manufacturing and advanced semiconductor packaging, anchored by its core hybrid-bonding technology. It develops heterogeneous integration processes such as Wafer-on-Wafer (WoW) and Chip-on-Wafer (CoW) and supplies custom IC products together with professional technical services. The company serves clients across AI, memory and automotive electronics, and keeps investing in process innovation.

1:30 – 3:15 p.m. Company Visit at CRRC Qingdao Sifang
3:15 – 3:30 p.m. Bus transfer to Wuyuan Semiconductor Technology (Qingdao)
3:30 – 5:00 p.m. Company Visit Wuyuan Semiconductor Technology (Qingdao)
Meal Arrangement
Lunch and dinner are optional for participants. Please indicate your preference when registering.
Those arriving early may join lunch at 12:00 at the Administrative Committee of the Rail Transit Demonstration Zone.
