Details

Data processing is a core component of various modern applications ranging from business intelligence to AI/ML technologies. Velox is an open-source unified execution engine that aims to commoditize data processing in these applications. Velox can accelerate AI/ML workloads and popular open-source data platforms using advanced vectorization techniques, adaptive and encoding-aware execution, and modern hardware capabilities.

Join us to hear from key engineers developing Velox and its integrations with large-scale AI/ML platforms, popular open-source compute engines for analytical workloads, such as Presto and Spark (through the Prestissimo and Gluten projects), stream processing, and more.
