蔡江南教授是上海创奇健康发展研究院创始人、执行理事长、原中欧国际工商学院卫生管理与政策中心主任、经济学兼职教授。他在中国和美国的大学、咨询公司、和政府部门从事了近三十年的卫生经济和卫生政策的教学、研究和咨询工作，发表了大量有影响的研究成果。参与了美国第一个（麻省）全民医疗保障制度改革方案的设计、实施和评价，以及中国新医改方案的研究工作。 他出版了《医疗卫生体制改革国际经验》、《寻路医改：中国卫生政策的创新与实践》、《中国健康产业创新蓝皮书》。创立了 “卫生政策上海圆桌会议”、“中国健康产业创新平台（CHIP或奇璞奖），在医疗健康行业产生了很大影响。他担任医疗健康领域的领军企业的独立董事，包括迪安诊断、上药集团、药明康德、贝达制药。 蔡教授曾是华东理工大学经济发展研究所（所长）和商学院的主要创始人之一，曾担任复旦大学经济学院公共经济系第一任系主任。蔡教授曾获1990年孙冶方经济科学论文奖（我国经济学最高奖）、2002年美国卫生研究学会最杰出文摘奖。他于1997年获得美国布兰戴斯大学社会政策博士、1984年复旦大学经济学硕士、1982年华东师范大学经济学学士。 Prof. John Cai is the Founder & Executive Director of Shanghai CHIP Health Academy. He has served as the Director of China Europe International Business School(CEIBS) Centre for Healthcare Management and Policy at CEIBS. For nearly 30 years he has been involved in teaching, research and consulting work at university level of China and U.S., as well as consultant for companies and governments in the field of health economics and health policy. He received his Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University, and MA in Economics in Fudan University. Prof. Cai received 1990 Sun Ye-fang National Economic Science Prizes-Best Paper Award (China’s top economic award), 2002 Most Outstanding Abstract Award by Academy for Health Services research and Health Policy Annual Research Meeting in Washington D.C. Main publications include ‘International Experience in Health Care System Reform’ and ‘China Health Industry Innovation Blue Book’.

孙正洁女士现任默克中国创新中心董事总经理、默克中国战略及转型副总裁，领导集团的战略规划以及默克在中国的创新和数字化转型。孙女士是默克集团战略及转型部全球领导团队成员、默克中国管理委员会成员，并担任默克中国数字化委员会主席。 孙正洁女士于2009年加入默克，并在传播、销售、市场、战略和业务拓展等多个领域任职。她既有在中国和美国等战略市场的工作经验，也曾在全球肿瘤业务部工作。孙女士于2013年前担任默克中国生物医药管理层成员，之后被派驻到美国工作，历任多个职位，包括全球肿瘤商业总监一职，为默克的首个免疫肿瘤药物做全球的上市准备。 加入默克之前，孙正洁女士在中国和法国拥有超过八年的市场公关咨询经验，曾服务于IPG和WPP集团的包括医疗、科技、化工和金融等多个领域的财富500强客户。 孙正洁女士拥有麻省理工斯隆管理学院的工商管理硕士和中国人民大学新闻传播硕士学位。她翻译出版了两本心理管理类书籍，是麻省理工上海校友会的理事和百华协会会员。她在创新、数字化和女性领导力领域积极发声，并任多个孵化器、加速器和其他机构或项目的导师和评委。 Sophie Sun is currently Managing Director of Merck China Innovation Hub and Vice President of Merck Strategy and Transformation China. In this role, she leads the corporate efforts of driving strategic planning and initiatives of innovation and digitalization for Merck in China. Sophie is a member of the global leadership team of Group Strategy & Transformation, and a member of China Country Council for Merck. She is also the Chair of China Digital Council for Merck. She is committed to driving China's business transformation through innovation, actively exploring China's innovation ecosystem and developing new technologies and product pipeline in global. She is an active speaker on innovation, digitalization and female leadership, and mentor and jury member for several startup incubators, accelerators and other organizations or programs. Sophie Sun holds a MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.

周国瑛，教授，博导，国家千人计划特聘专家，2019年国际“抗病毒女科学家奖”获得者。中国科学院上海生物化学研究所博士，前芝加哥大学微生物系副教授; 深圳罗兹曼国际转化医学研究院创办人、院长；亦诺微医药CEO/CSO。在抗病毒感染与疱疹溶瘤病毒肿瘤免疫治疗研究领域潜心研究20多年，主持十三五国家重大新药创制、国家自然科学基金、广东省、广州市、深圳市的科研项目。周博士是疱疹靶向溶瘤病毒的国际发明人，2015年在深圳联合创办亦诺微医药，主领实体肿瘤的溶瘤病毒免疫与溶瘤双重治疗新药研发，首个产品进入中国和澳洲临床研究(Phase I)阶段。 Prof. Grace Zhou is a national award-winning scientist. She is President and Professor of Shenzhen International Institute for Biomedical Research (SIIBR) and CEO of ImmVira Co., Ltd. She obtained a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry, Chinese Academy of Science in 1998. Then she moved to United States and joined the University of Chicago as a postdoctoral fellow. She is an co-author on over 40 peer-reviewed publications and 14 patents. She was received the “Women in Science Award”, an only awarded in 2019 selected by International Society for Antiviral Research. Prof. Zhou returned to China by joining Guangzhou Medical University as professor in October 2013. In addition to basic research, she is co-founder and CEO of ImmVira to develop a broad range of anti-cancer therapies based on genetically engineered viruses augmented by cancer specific immune factors or chemotherapeutic agents that can be delivered intratumorally or systemically.

耿建跃先生与以色列杰出专家一起在广州政府的支持下分别于 2015年和 2018年启动了一个基金和一个孵化器。这是迄今为止中国最为创新的举动。他担任广州中以生物产业孵化基地董事长和广州中以生物产业投资基金总经理。中以生物产业孵化基地和中以生物产业投资基金在很短的运营期已经产生了实质性的成果。 耿先生从1983-1991年在中国外交部国际司工作，包括 4年在纽约中国常驻联合国代表团。作为外交官他参与了众多国际经济组织，比如货币基金组织、世界银行和关贸总协定（世贸组织）许多活动、讨论和谈判。他曾建议并推动中国参加亚太经济合作会议。 耿先生在美国创办了几个企业，为中国企业就国际关系提供咨询。耿先生加入中华国际科学交流基金会，任副秘书长和秘书长助理。在这个非政府机构中他主要在新能源、清洁技术、生物医疗和新农业等方面发起一些列创新合作和商业化国际项目。 Mr. Carl Geng together with group of Israel prominent experts has launched a Fund and Incubator supported by governments in Guangzhou in 2015 and 2018 respectively. He is the Chairman of Biotech Incubator of Guangzhou (BIG) and Managing Director of Guangzhou Israel Biotech Fund (GIBF). Mr. Geng worked for International Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC from 1983 to 1991. As a diplomat he had involved in many activities, discussions and negotiations held by various international economic organizations such as IMF, World Bank and GATT(WTO). He had initiated and pushed forward Chinese participation in PECC. Mr. Geng started several businesses in USA to provide consulting service to Chinese enterprises on international relationship. Mr. Geng joined International Scientific Exchange Foundation of China (ISEFC) as an Assistant Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General.

陈煜祥博士是香港科技园(HKSTP)的高级经理，负责管理生物医学技术的培育项目(Incubio项目)。他在不同领域有广泛的研究经验，包括胰腺病理学、糖尿病、无创血糖测量、皮肤伤口愈合、激素反应和microRNAs。他曾在俄亥俄州立大学、香港大学及香港应用科技研究院等著名研究机构工作。在他的职业生涯中，赛勒斯在国际同行评审期刊和书籍章节中发表了20多篇研究论文，总被引次数超过1,600次(h-index 17)。他在协助生物医学科技创业公司发展，以及协助本港生物医学科技的转化研究方面，有多年的经验。 Dr. Cyrus Chan is the senior manager at Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP) overseeing the incubation program of biomedical technology (Incubio program). He has wide research experience in different areas including pancreas pathology, diabetes mellitus, non-invasive blood glucose measurement, skin wound healing, hormonal response and microRNAs. He worked in different prestigious research institutes including the Ohio State University, the University of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI). Throughout his career, Cyrus published more than 20 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals and book chapters with overall citation more than 1,600 (h-index 17). He has a number of year experience in helping biomedical tech startup to grow, and facilitating the translational research in biomedical technology in Hong Kong.
