武田公司亚洲临床运营负责人

戴欣医师目前就任北京诺华制药有限公司临床研发高级总监，主要负责东北亚地区(大中国区、台湾及韩国)的临床运营。他在医药行业有近16年的工作经验，先后在一些大的制药公司如诺华、礼来制药公司和葛兰素史克公司任职。他毕业于北京大学医学院，之后成为北京心血管和肺疾病研究中心和北京安贞医院的心脏科医生。他深入参与中国多种治疗领域的临床开发及医学事务，包括心血管、神经系统、乙型肝炎、糖尿病、呼吸疾病、肿瘤及抗感染疾病等。戴欣医师经常在各种学术会议上做演讲。

Matt JONES

Matt Jones is the owner and principal consultant within DQA, Matt has worked in many facets of the healthcare industry over the last 20 years and shares a passion for compliance, patient safety, and data integrity. Matt most recently has headed the auditing, strategy & planning organisation of a well known pharmaceutical company, redesigning their quality and risk management framework. During Matt’s career, he has been a therapeutic head of quality & compliance, leading a substantial team of executives and professionals, ensuring that the company he represented was compliant and successively navigated regulatory inspections without any findings. In this role Matt helped take 6 products to market in 6 years; those products today are saving patients lives and ensuring continuity of a high standard of life. Matt has lead the European and Asian branches of IT Quality Assurance where he headed a team defining strategies for implementing new regulations and putting the company in a defensible position to regulatory agencies in matters of technology and digital implementation. Within all of his previous roles, Matt has spearheaded groundbreaking technology projects and has been part of many TransCelerate groups providing the most cutting-edge consultancy to pharmaceutical companies. Matt has a passion for technology implementation, especially using blockchain as a disruptive game changer in the healthcare industry. This technology can help us work faster, smarter and with more accountability than ever before.
