俞立中博士是上海纽约大学首任校长（2012-2020），曾担任华东师范大学校长（2006-2012）、上海师范大学校长（2003-2005），在大学管理岗位工作上了24年。他于1982年获华东师范大学理学士学位，1989年获英国利物浦大学博士学位，主要研究领域包括环境磁学、环境演变与可持续发展等，先后获教育部提名国家科学技术奖自然科学奖一等奖、国家教学成果奖二等奖等省部级以上奖项7项，在国内外主要学术刊物发表论著180多篇（部）。他在科学领域和高等教育领域有着广泛的国际合作，曾担任联合国教科文组织教师教育教席；先后获得美国蒙特克莱州立大学、法国人文高师、英国拉夫堡大学、英国利物浦大学的名誉博士；2013年获法国政府颁发的法国荣誉军团骑士勋章。俞立中博士现为亚洲协会全球教育中心咨询委员会共同主席，美国教育协会国际化与全球参与委员会成员。

现任英国驻沪总领事的胡克定先生出生于英格兰伍尔弗汉普顿，他于1981年毕业于剑桥大学并于同年加入英国外交部。此前在英国外交部曾担任英国驻广州总领事馆总领事（2003-2006）；英国驻华大使馆公使（2008-2012）以及英国台北贸易文化办事处代表（2013-2016）。胡克定先生在作为英国驻沪总领事前刚刚结束他欧盟对外行动署—欧洲联盟驻中国代表团公使兼副团长这一职务。胡克定先生还曾在内阁办公室和英国环境部工作过（自1997年5月改为环境、交通与地区事务部）。Born in Wolverhampton, Chris graduated from the University of Cambridge in 1981 and joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). Previous roles with the FCO include as HM Consul-General Guangzhou (2003-6); Minister and Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy in Beijing (2008-12); and Director, British Trade and Cultural Office in Taipei (2013-16). Prior to his current role, Chris was Deputy Head, EU Delegation to China for the European External Action Service. Chris has also worked at the Cabinet Office and the Department of the Environment (from May 1997 Department of the Environment, Transport & the Regions).

Michael O’Sullivan

Michael O'Sullivan is an independent education consultant and also serves as Senior Consultant, IGCSE and A level, at Horizon Education. He is a Fellow of Wolfson College, University of Cambridge. From 2013-2018 was Chief Executive of Cambridge Assessment International Education. He was previously Director of the Cambridge Trust, and prior to that he was Secretary General of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China. Michael spent much of his earlier career with the British Council. His roles included Director China; Head of Corporate Planning; and East Asia and Pacific Policy Director. He first worked in China as an English teacher in the 1980s and speaks Chinese fluently. Michael has a BA in French and German from Oxford University, and an MPhil in Linguistics from Cambridge University. In 2008, he was made a Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George in the Queen’s New Year Honours.

王嘉鹏

中国常熟世界联合学院董事会主席

王嘉鹏是中国常熟世界联合学院的创办人及董事会主席、世界联合学院国际理事会理事、中国理事会理事长。王嘉鹏12岁时在一场空难中身受重伤并且丧失了行走能力。1998 年在中国康复研究中心进行长达五年的康复训练时，刻苦自学，考取了挪威王后松娅设立的红十字北欧世界联合学院（RCNUWC）奖学金，成为红十字北欧世界联合学院录取的第一位中国大陆留学生。王嘉鹏身残志坚的动人事迹在挪威家喻户晓并被称为“中国英雄”；1999年，他参加国际残疾运动员滑雪锦标赛，为中国斩获两枚金牌；他的自传《撑起生命的蓝天》获得2000年中国图书奖，并被摘录作为沪教版中学语文课教材，根据他的事迹改编的电视剧和音乐剧激励了无数人。 2000年从UWC毕业后，他就开始为在中国内地建一所UWC的梦想而努力。2008年任UWC国际理事会成员。2010年王嘉鹏及一些在中国的UWC校友成立了世界联合学院中国国家理事会，并任理事长。经过十五年的不懈努力，2015年中国内地的第一所UWC常熟世界联合学院终于建成。 2018年王嘉鹏当选第十八届全国人民代表大会代表。王嘉鹏在北欧及中国曾创立了多间公司。王嘉鹏2000年毕业于红十字北欧世界联合学院，拥有挪威奥斯陆大学经济学硕士学位。

郝景芳，小说作者、研究员、创业者。2006年毕业于清华大学物理系，2013年清华大学经管学院博士毕业。2013年至2018年任中国发展研究基金会研究一部副主任，2018年哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院访问学者。自2006年开始小说创作，2016年第74届世界科幻大会，凭短篇小说《北京折叠》获最佳中短篇小说奖。2017年创立儿童通识教育品牌“童行学院”，为孩子打开视野、提升思维、培养创造力，探索可持续的公益教育。创办影视工作室“芳景科幻”，致力于可持续的科幻文学和影视作品创作，打造具有世界水准的科幻IP。 Hao Jingfang, Novel Author, Researcher, Founder of Tong Xing School. She graduated from Tsinghua University Department of Physics in 2006, and got her doctor's degree from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in 2013. She worked as Deputy Director of Research Department I in China Development Research Foundation from 2013 to 2018, and became a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Kennedy School in 2018. She has been writing novels since 2006. On the 74th World Science Fiction Convention, she won “The Best Novelette” for her short story "Folding Beijing". In 2017, she founded the children's general education brand "Tong Xing College" to broaden children’s horizon, promote children’s thinking, foster children’s creativity, and to explore sustainable public welfare education. She also founded Fangjing Sci-Fi Studio, creating new Sci-Fi literature and video products.

David Mansfield is a respected Headmaster whose experience spans a wide range of schools and educational institutions in the UK and internationally. Before moving to China, David led two ‘outstanding’ secondary schools in England. Having obtained professional experiences in investment banking and consumer product sectors with such multinational corporations as Citibank and P&G, Edward founded his own education consulting firm, Yes-Asia, upon his return to Taiwan in the mid-1990’s. This venture has grown into one of Taiwan’s largest overseas education service companies that enabled Edward to begin pursuing business expansion opportunities within the greater China region. In 2001, Edward established his first branch office in Shanghai which quickly replaced the Taipei operation as Yes-Asia's headquarters office. Thanks to China’s fast growth in its overseas studies market, Yes-Asia developed into a major education consulting firm in China having branch offices in 15 major cities across the country. In 2014, Edward decided to diversify his business activities by acquiring an international high school, Living Word High School, in Shanghai. In the following year, he successfully acquired approval from the Education Bureau in the Minhang District to establish Living Word Bilingual School becoming the first and only Taiwanese to offer bilingual primary- and middle-school education in Shanghai. Living Word Education Group has continued to grow both within and outside of China; its Suzhou campus is expected to be in full operation by 2021 and Malacca campus in Malaysia, in 2022. Meanwhile, Edward is also seriously considering the establishment of Living Word K-12 schools in Tianjin, Hangzhou, Hefei, Shenzhen as well as the United States. An avid violin player since the age of 6, Edward became the youngest violinist in Taipei Philharmonic Orchestra at the age 15 and is now a board member with Shanghai Symphony Orchestra. He is also Sterling Fellow and member of the China Advisory Board at his alma mater of Yale University, Executive Director at the New York University Education Development Foundation, and Vice Chairman for the Taiwan Business Association in Shanghai. Edward lives in Shanghai with his wife Charlene and two children, Jason and Natalie. Charlene, Jason, and Natalie are all alumni of New York University.
