Mechanical systems are essential to modern science and technology, driving progress across global economies and enhancing everyday life. The efficiency, reliability, and advancement of these systems are rooted in the field of mechanical system dynamics—a foundational discipline that enables innovations in complex mechanical design and functionality.
During Sept. 23-27, 2025, the 3rd International Conference on Mechanical System Dynamics (ICMSD2025) will be hosted by Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca Romania. Centered on the theme "Advances in Mechanical System Dynamics Research Driving Industrial Development," the conference will feature twenty topic areas that foster research in dynamic modeling of complex structures, multidisciplinary integration, and advanced industrial applications.
ICMSD2025 will bring together over ten renowned experts for plenary speeches and more than twenty sessions of oral and poster presentations, creating an invaluable platform for academic exchange and collaboration at the forefront of mechanical system dynamics.
The registration on this website is for submission.
Please follow the steps in menu Registration--METHOD OF PAYMENT to register for the conference.
Please attention: In the payment form, in the explanation box, the participant must include the participant's name and the code of the paper.
Abstracts need to be written in English in Ms Word (Doc/Docx) and laid out according to our Abstract Template.
Full-length papers need to be written in English in Ms Word (Doc/Docx) and laid out according to our full Paper Template. The length should exceed 10 pages.
Please prepare your poster presentation in strict accordance with the provided Poster Template guidelines.Please print the poster according to the Poster Template size, and we will provide locations in the venue for posting.
Please prepare your presentation slides in the 4:3 aspect ratio.
The author(s) guarantee(s) that the full-length paper will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright owners, that the rights of third parties will not be violated, and that the publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation. Authors wishing to include figures or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submiting their full-length papers. Full-length papers must be accompanied by the "Multimedia License"(will be available soon) when they are accepted.
Accepted full-length papers would be published in conference series, indexed in El Compendex, Scopus, etc. about spring 2026.
Selected full-length papers will be recommended and submitted for review in the lnternational Journal of Mechanical System Dynamics.
Awards will be given for the best research full-length papers.
Full-length paper publication fee, processing fee, etc. are included in the ICMSD2025 Registration Fee, and there is no additional charge for full-length paper.
