Pandemic Prevention Measures

1. According to the latest pandemic prevention regulations in Beijing, people are not allowed to join any gatherings in the first 7 days after returning or entering Beijing.

2. All guests must show your 48-hour negative nucleic acid test report upon arrival.

3. All guests need to show double green codes, i.e. Beijing Health Code (“北京健康宝”) and Itinerary Code (“行程码”).

4. Due to epidemic prevention and control considerations, the following precautionary measures could be taken upon arrival:
   

• temperature taking

• wearing masks

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Events have limited seating, so please register in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.

• If you registered for this event but cannot attend, please do let us know in advance. No-shows who fail to cancel before November 23 will be charged with the full price.

• If unforeseen changes in pandemic prevention policy occur, resulting in limited number of guests allowed at the event venue, event partner tables and group bookings will be prioritized. Remaining tables/seats will be allocated by drawing lots.

• All cancelled tickets due to force majeure are refundable.
