It is our honor to invite you to attend the 3rd ICC Asia-Pacific Grain Conference on behalf of the organizers. Co-hosted by the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC), the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association (CCOA), and Henan University of Technology (HAUT), the conference will be held on November 8-10, 2023 in Zhengzhou, China, an important birthplace of Chinese civilization and the historic ancient capital of the Central Plains.

Focusing on the theme of "Grain Science and Technology Empowering a Better Life: From the Asia-Pacific to the World", the conference will actively build a high-level and cross-field international exchange platform in the grain field, promote grain science and technology innovation and high-quality development of the industry, practice the concept of big food, and better meet the public's demand for a better life. The main contents of the conference are to exchange and discuss the cutting-edge concepts and research results in the fields of green storage, cereal science and technology, oil & fat science and technology, quality and safety, efficient utilization of grain resources, and prepared staple foods, to predict the future development trend and direction of grain science and technology, and to shape the new pattern of grain science and technology in the Asia-Pacific region.

 The conference will attract representatives of government agencies, academic institutions, R&D centers and related enterprises in the grain industry and upstream and downstream fields to gather together to disseminate knowledge, exchange ideas, share achievements and discuss cooperation. The Academic Committee of the conference gathered authoritative experts and scholars in grain industry at home and abroad, and set up rich and wonderful exchange topics. At the same time, postgraduate student forums, post paper exhibitions, popular science exhibitions, new technologies and new achievements exhibitions, technology visits and other activities will be held to display the cutting-edge science and technology and innovation achievements of grain, oil and food for the participants.
