The CFB-14 Conference will continue in the tradition of this conference series dating from 1985, with its focus on the fundamental research and applications of circulating fluidized bed technology. It will also incorporate other novel fluidized bed reactor technologies, especially those related to green processes, clean and renewable energy such as hydrogen and bio-fuels, energy storage and conversion, and carbon capture and utilization such as chemical looping combustion/gasification. In addition to studies on fundamental and applied aspects of fluidized beds and fluidization systems, CFB-14 will also emphasize on fluidized bed technologies targeting energy and environmental issues.

  The papers submitted should not be published or considered for publishing elsewhere. The excellent papers would be selected for publication in international journals as a special issue of Powder technology, Advanced Powder Technology, Energies and Applied Thermal Engineering.
