Mario Yau Kwan Ho

CHAIRMAN and CEO, NIP Group

Mr. Ho is the chairman of NIP Group. He founded Victory Five esports club, one of the predecessors of our esports team business in Shenzhen in December 2018 and has served as the chairperson of the Macau Esports Federation since April 2018. In May 2018, Mr. Ho was appointed as the chief marketing officer of iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited (01119.HK), a digital entertainment company operating in China, which was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2018. In 2020, Mr. Ho led the merger of Victory Five with eStar esports club and formed ESV5 Culture & Sports Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Ho received his bachelor’s degree in management science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2016.

Shan Yi

CO-FOUNDER and CEO, PhiGent Robotics

Dr. Yi Shan, CEO and Co-Founder of PhiGent Robotics, Undergraduate, Master and PhD in EE at Tsinghua University, Joint PhD at Imperial College London. He once founded the AI chip startup DeePhi Tech, and as co-founder and CTO, developed the first AI chip in China - Tingtao (28nm, 8TOPS), leading DeePhi Tech to be acquired by Xilinx for $300 million. Formerly served as the Corporate Vice President of AMD, Vice President of Xilinx, and Head Xilinx of AI R&D. Led the team to launch the AMD (Xilinx) Vitis AI product line, supporting over 10 world-level OEMs and Tier-1s, and has extensive experience in research and development of ADAS technology and customer service. He is one of the top 10 employees at Horizon Robotics and served as the head of FPGA tech for ADAS application. He won the first prize of the 2017 Science and Technology Award of the China Computer Federation (CCF) and the first prize of technological invention.

Wang Yang

FOUNDER and CEO, Newlink Naas

Wang Yang, female, Han nationality, was born in September 1988 in Liaoning Province. She currently serves as the co-founder and president of NewLink, as well as the founder and CEO of NaaS. She is the member of 13th CPC Zibo Municipal Committee, the member of the 13th CPPCC Laoshan District Committee, and the vice-chairman and member of Qingdao Laoshan Women’s Federation. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Renmin University of China and studies in Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance with a major in EMBA. She worked for Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and served as a research fellow, director of new media, and assistant editor in chief at New Fortune. The awards Wang Yang has won include 2023 Fortune 40 Under 40 in China, Role Model in National Electric Vehicle Charging and Battery Swap Industry 2023, 2023 Ernst & Young Asia-Pacific Successful Female Entrepreneur, New Talent Award of Chinese Economic Figures of the Year 2022, Mulan Award of BRICS Women Innovation Contest in 2022, Figure of the Year for National Electric Vehicle Charging and Battery Swap Industry 2022. Also, she was invited to attend the UN Climate Change Conference to share the carbon emission reduction experience of China’s new energy enterprises to facilitate the development of the real economy. Besides, she attended Deloitte IWD 2023 Summit to share her entrepreneurial experience with global female entrepreneurs.
