Founding Partner, INCE Capital

JP Gan is a Founding Partner of INCE Capital. With over 23 years of experience in venture capital. Focusing on Internet, consumer and intelligent technologies sectors, Mr. Gan’s successful investments include Trip.com Group Ltd., Bilibili Inc., Dianping.com, Musical.ly, Meitu Inc., Jiayuan.com, PPS Inc and ATL. Prior to founding INCE Capital, Mr. Gan had been a Managing Partner and member of the investment committee of Qiming Venture Partners for 13 years. He started his venture capital career at the Carlyle Group and was a Director and founding member of its Asian venture fund. He also worked at KongZhong Corporation and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Gan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the Chicago Booth Council and Polsky Center Council.
