ACT and its regional offices are devoted to assisting educators and institutions in innovating and improving international programs and services worldwide. ACT China office in Shanghai manages ACT products and international services including the ACT Global Assessment Certificate (GAC) program, a university preparation course designed for ESL students. GAC program focuses on competency-based learning which qualifies students to enter and succeed in English medium universities.
