The International Conference on Electromagnetic Field Problems and Applications (ICEF) is one of the most prestigious international conferences in China in the field of electromagnetic field computation and its applications. Initiated and hosted by the China Electrotechnical Society, the conference is held every four years. Since its inception in 1988, ICEF has been successfully held in Beijing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Tianjin, Chongqing, Dalian, Xi’an, and, most recently, Tianjin (online) for 8 sessions. 

The 9th International Conference on Electromagnetic Field Problems and Applications (ICEF 2025) will be held in Harbin, China, from October 10–12, 2025. This event will provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineers, and students from both academia and industry to present and discuss the latest research developments in electromagnetic field problems and their applications. ICEF 2025 will feature Keynote Speeches, Paper Presentations, Tutorials, and Special Sessions. We warmly welcome researchers, professionals, and students from related fields to submit their work. Participants will have the opportunity to present their research through oral or poster sessions. Enterprises are also cordially invited to participate and exhibit. 电磁场问题和应用国际会议（The International Conference on Electromagnetic Field Problems and Applications，ICEF）是中国举办的电磁场计算及其应用领域最高级别国际会议之一。会议由中国电工技术学会（CES）发起和主办，每4年举办一次。自1988年创办以来，已经先后在北京、杭州、武汉、天津、重庆、大连、西安和天津（线上）举办了八届。

第九届电磁场问题和应用国际会议（ICEF 2025）将于2025年10月10-12日在中国哈尔滨举行。会议将为学术和工业界专家学者、技术人员与青年学生们提供一个展示和讨论电磁场问题及应用最新研究进展的交流平台。ICEF 2025 将组织主题演讲、论文交流、会前技术报告、专题分会场等系列学术活动。欢迎相关领域的专家、科研人员、学生等踊跃投稿，ICEF 2025 将为参会代表提供口头或海报展示的机会，也诚邀相关企业参展参会。我们期待与您在哈尔滨相遇!
