Only English-language submissions will be accepted for this conference. Full papers that are accepted by the ICEF 2025 Technical Committee and presented at the conference will be published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). The proceedings will be indexed in the IET Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, and Inspec, and will be submitted for inclusion in the EI Compendex database. A selection of high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in international journals such as Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation, Plasma Science and Technology, and The International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

本届会议只接受英文稿件，经大会技术委员会审核录用并参会交流的稿件（全文），将由英国工程技术学会（IET）负责出版，收录于IET电子图书馆、IEEE Xplore及Inspec数据库， 并提交EI检索。其中高质量的稿件将推荐发表在《Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation》、《Plasma Science and Technology》、《The International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering》等国际期刊上。

1. Authors should first submit an English abstract using the official template. After review by the Technical Committee, a notification of acceptance will be sent. Upon receiving the abstract acceptance notice, authors must submit the full paper and complete conference registration by the specified deadline.

作者先根据模板提交英文摘要，经大会技术委员会审核后发送摘要录用通知。收到摘要录用通知后，作者需在截止日期之前提交全文稿件并完成会议注册。

2. Submitted papers must be original, unpublished work and should fall within the scope of the call for papers, or be relevant to electrical engineering and related interdisciplinary fields.

论文必须是原创性、首次公开发表的科研成果，内容应符合征稿范围，或属于电气工程学科领域及相关交叉学科。

2. The official Certificate of Acceptance document will be sent to the corresponding author, first author, and submitting author's email after the payment for the paper is completed. 3. The Technical Program Committee will decide whether the submitted abstracts should be given orally or as posters. The Finalized Presentation Format for the Papers will be announced on the website in September.

3. We recommend length of Full Paper as follows: • Minimum number of pages: 4  • Maximum number of pages: 6     

An additional RMB 350/USD 50 per page is required for papers over 6 pages, with a maximum of 8 pages.

建议全文页数4-6页，全文超过6页的部分，每页加收350元，8页封顶。

4. The format and specific requirements for the Papers to be finally submitted to IET for indexing, as well as the submission of Paper Copyrights, will be announced on the website in October.

关于最终提交IET进行检索的论文格式及具体要求+论文版权的提交，将于10月份公布在网站上。

5. NOTE: The Title and Author information (such as First Name, Last Name, Organization, Email) in the paper must be consistent with the content filled in the paper submission system. If there are any adjustments to the title and author information in the paper, please be sure to contact Wang Huan at 18732627031 (same as WeChat) for personal information modification in the system. The authors shall be responsible for any issues arising from inconsistent information that affect the final retrieval of the paper.

1. If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by Aug. 30, 2025, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

如果已录用摘要的作者未在2025年8月30日前完成注册缴费，该摘要将自动从最终会议议程中撤销。
