Maggie Chen, bachelor’s degree of English literature, HR Director of TDK(Zhuhai)Co, Ltd. from 2014, about 20 years of HR full spectrum of experiences in manufacturing industry, as university teacher for 2 years before entering in HR field, taking role of some positions of public organizations and government committees. TDK (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. is a part of TDK Corporation as well as a part of Magnetic Group, which headquartered both in Germany and Japan. The company was founded in 1997 and currently employs approximately 6000 employees, mainly focusing on research, develop, manufacture and sale of inductive and passive electronic components. EPCOS's portfolio includes transformer, inductor coil, power inductor, EMC filter, high current power inductor etc. with the annual production capacity of 200 million units. Company’s products are widely used in automobile, green energy, industrial, telecommunication and consumer electronics.
