    Dr. Shannon H. Doak is an Edtech and Innovation leader, keynote speaker, author, and Poe AI Chatbot Creator. He is an experienced leader and educator at international and independent schools. He is an expert in blended learning, eLearning, and making professional development more effective. He is an AI enthusiast and early adopter and has expertise in applying artificial intelligence to teaching and learning. He has been at the forefront of changing the digital and educational landscape of the schools he has worked for. He is continually looking for ways technology can improve teaching and learning.   He is currently the Director of Technology at Nanjing International School.

    Dr. LI Na is an Associate Professor, Acting Head, and Director of the MSc Digital Education Programme in the Department of Educational Studies at the Academy of Future Education (AoFE), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). She also serves as Co-Director of the Research Centre for AI and Education within the AoFE. A Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA), Dr. Li is widely recognised for her leadership in digital education and for her interdisciplinary research at the intersection of technology and learning.

    She holds editorial roles with several top SSCI Q1 journals: Triage Editor for the British Journal of Educational Technology (BJET) and Associate Editor for the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (AJET), European Journal of Education (EJED), and Humanities and Social Sciences Communications (Springer Nature). She is also Lead Guest Editor for BJET’s 2024–2025 special issue on AI and emotions in education, and Guest Editor for Developing Academic Practice on AI in teaching and learning.

    Dr. Li earned her PhD in Education from the University of Liverpool, jointly supervised with XJTLU, and was the first PhD graduate from AoFE, receiving awards for both thesis excellence and academic performance. Her research focuses on Virtual Learning Environments (VLE/LMS), Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIED), and Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL).

    Her innovations include the Digital Escape Room, which won the 2023 Advance HE Global Impact Award and was featured in the EDUCAUSE Horizon Report, and an interest-based algorithm for capstone project selection, published in Computers in Human Behavior. She also developed the Fishbone Digital Learning Design Method and proposed the four-stage model of edtech adoption (Habituation–Meaning-Making–Objectification–Sedimentation), offering new perspectives on technology integration in education. Google Scholar citation 1004, h-index 13 (by Aug 3 2025)

    Ms. Zhu Chunfeng (Jessica Zhu) holds a master degree in sociology. As the development and recognition manager for the Asia-Pacific region of IB, she is mainly responsible for school affairs in China. She has been deeply engaged in the field of international education for two decades. In the past nearly ten years, she has played an important role in the official IB organization. She has held important positions such as academic principal of IB schools and academic leader of education groups, and has a profound understanding and rich practical experience in IB management standards, concepts and methods.
