The Asian Modelica & FMI Conference 2026 will be held in Hangzhou, China, a renowned high-tech hub, on September 21–22, 2026.
Hosted by the Hangzhou Campus of Beihang University and Nanjing Yuansi SimTek Co., Ltd., the conference is co-organized with the China SAE Automotive Model Digital Engineering Branch and State Key Laboratory of Nuclear Power Safety Technology and Equipment, under the auspices of the Modelica Association. This marks the first time the conference series has been held in China.
The Modelica & FMI Conference will bring together practitioners employing Modelica and other Modelica Association standards for modeling, simulation, and control applications, including Modelica language designers, tool developers, and library maintainers.
The conference offers Modelica users a valuable opportunity to keep abreast of the latest advancements in the language, libraries, and supporting tools, while connecting with peers working on comparable modeling challenges.
In addition to technical paper presentations, the event will feature a selection of industrial case studies, a series of Modelica tutorials for both novice and experienced users, as well as vendor sessions and an exhibition.
