Manuscripts Submission Process
All submissions will be handled through Morressier, the official submission system of IOP Publishing.
The submission process is as follows:
Step 1 (for Chinese authors only).
Before uploading your paper, please send the certificate of declassification and copyright transfer agreement to the conference organizer Email : firephyschem@204s.com.
Step 2 (for Chinese authors only).
Once the submitted documents are verified and approved by the conference organizer, authors may proceed to upload their manuscript to the submission system.

Publication Ethics
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
Ethical conduct is a fundamental principle of academic research. Any form of plagiarism constitutes serious academic misconduct and will not be tolerated. All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and based on sound experimental and/or theoretical work.
If plagiarism is detected, the following actions will be taken:
1. The authors' supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)/Universities will be informed about their/his/her act of plagiarism 2. The article will be rejected or be deleted from the final publications. 3. The authors' act of plagiarism will be reported to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
Manuscript Review Process
The conference follows a single-anonymous peer review process.
All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to ensure compliance with academic standards and submission requirements.
Manuscripts that pass this stage are assigned to expert reviewers.
Reviewers evaluate the paper thoroughly and provide detailed comments through the review system.
Notification of Acceptance or Rejection
Authors of full papers will typically be notified of acceptance or rejection within six (6) weeks via email.
