Registration should be completed with appropriate payment, which must be in RMB and payable in following ways:

1. Credit Card Online Payment

Visa, MasterCard, and AmericanExpress cards are accepted. It will be billed in Chinese RMB and exchanged to your local currency during your online payment authorization. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.

Refunds/Cancellations: 

Cancellations must be made in writing and be received by the ICMFLOC 2018 organizers no later than 24th May 2018. Cancellations received before this date is fully refundable. Cancellations received between 24^th May and 7^th June is 70% refundable. NO REFUNDS/NO CANCELATIONS will be honored after 7^th June 2018.
