Refund Policy: For refund requests submitted before November 1, 2025, an administrative fee of RMB 500 will be deducted. No refunds will be issued after November 1, 2025—no exceptions apply.

If you need to request a refund, please send an email to the conference email addresses: ckj-cm2025@hotmail.com and ckj.cm2025@gmail.com. In the email, please explain the reason for the refund, and our staff will then assist you with the refund process.

* Registration should be completed with appropriate payment, which must be in RMB and payable in following ways:

1. Credit Card:

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express card are accepted. It will be billed in Chinese RMB and exchanged to your local currency during your online payment authorization. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.

* Domestic attendees can complete online payment through Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay-branded debit cards and credit cards.
