Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province of China, is renowned for its vibrant summer atmosphere. Known as the "Paris of the Orient," the city boasts pleasant summer weather with average temperatures around 22 °C, making it an ideal retreat from the heat found elsewhere in the country.
