    Craig Prunty, SiPearl VP Marketing & Business Development, joined SiPearl in May 2020. Prior to SiPearl, Craig was Marketing Director for Marvell Semiconductor’s Server Processor Business Unit in Santa Clara, California. His 20+ years in the Semiconductor industry include sales, marketing, and technical roles with Cavium, AppliedMicro (AMCC), Lockheed-Martin, and Unisys. Craig holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University.

    Director, HLRS
    Michael M. Resch is Chairman of the Board of the Germany National Gauss Centre for Supercomputing (GCS). Since 2003, he is full professor for high performance computing at University of Stuttgart, director of the Institute for HPC, Director of the Information and Communication Center of the University of Stuttgart and director of the national High Performance Computing Center Stuttgart (HLRS). In 2014 he was elected Dean of the Faculty for Energy, Process, and Biotechnology. Dr. Resch is known in the industry and academia for his technical leadership, and cross-collaboration in developing HPC solutions to solve problems in energy engineering, process engineering and biotechnology. He has several publications and awards from NFS, Microsoft, HPC wire, Winner of HPC Challenge SC03, etc. After earning Dipl.-Ing. (MSc.) in Technical Mathematics from the Technical University of Graz, Austria in 1990, Michel earned his doctorate degree with honors in Engineering from the University of Stuttgart in 2001 and received assistant professorship of CS of the University of Houston, TX. Later, Michael also received the Honorary Doctoral Degree of the Donetsk National Technical University, Ukraine, and Honorary Doctoral Degree and Professorship from Russian Academy of Sciences.

    David Lecomber is a Senior Director at Arm. He has a long history in HPC and in its software, having led the creation of Allinea scalable debugging and profiling tools and of Arm’s software tools for HPC in preparation for the arrival of Arm systems. Today he leads Arm’s HPC business and brings together the technology and people focused on enabling the next generation of Arm architecture systems in this market.

    The HPC Connection Workshop is an international High Performance Computing event organized by the Asia Supercomputer Community and Inspur Group. This event takes place three times a year: during ASC in China, ISC in Germany, and SC in the USA. Top researchers and leading professionals from around the world gather at the workshops to discuss the latest developments and disruptive technologies in AI and supercomputing.
