Registration for Authors  

▲ Papers will not be included in the SLED-2025 proceedings if they do not have a fully (normally) paid registration associated with them.

▲ At least one author of each accepted paper presents the paper in the conference in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

▲  One Normal/Member registration is eligible to present maximum three papers with extra fee of RMB 2000/USD 280 for the second/third paper. 

▲ Student registration isn't eligible to present papers. If a student need to present paper, please register as Normal or Member (If you are).

▲ Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

▲ All types of registration have access to tutorials.

▲ The registration fee contains the meal tickets. The meal tickets cover the dinner on Aug. 15th, and the lunch and dinner on Aug. 16th, and the lunch on Aug. 17th.

▲ The conference supports on-site registration. Payment methods available for on-site registration include Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay-branded debit cards and credit cards.

Payment Method 

Registration should be completed with appropriate payment, which must be in RMB and payable in following ways:

▲ Credit Card:

Visa and MasterCard are accepted. It will be billed in Chinese RMB and exchanged to your local currency during your online payment authorization. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.

Note: Domestic attendees can complete online payment through Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay-branded debit cards and credit cards.

Invoice Application  

▲ After successful registration and payment, the email filled in during registration will automatically receive the invoice. You will receive the invoice within 7 working days after the end of the conference.
