Registration for INASCON 2019 is now open!

We would like to invite Bachelor, Master and PhD students, as well as post-docs in the field of nanoscience to apply for participation at INASCON 2019. Registration Information

Early Bird registration: opens from April 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019.

Regular registration:opens from April 30, 2019 to June 1.2019.– All applicants must be totally completed by this date, including the payment of the registration fee.

Registration Fee (For participants)

The registration fee is RMB 800 in Early Bird registration and RMB 1000 in regular registration.

Registration

To complete the registration, you will need to do the following:

1. Fill out your personal information – By clicking on the link above, you can sign up an account and fill out your information through our online application system.

2. Select your accommodation – we provide a list of recommended places to stay, and reservation will be booked after we received your payment. (Note: the cost of the accommodation is separate from registration fee.)

3. Pay your registration fee – the registration fee is 800 RMB for Early Bird registration and 1000 RMB for regular registration. Notice that the registration fee does NOT include accommodation or any travel expenses, and the total amount will depend on your selection of the accommodation from the previous step.Your application will be completed after the we receive your payment. See below to find more details of the payment methods.

4. Presentation (optional) – We strongly encourage every participant to present their research by oral or poster during the conference. To sign up for the presentation, you need to fill out the presentation form during the registration process.      

          a. For oral presentation, we kindly ask you to restrict the presentation time within 10-15minutes. Please submit an abstract when submitting the registration form.

          b. For Poster, you can either bring your own poster, or we can help you to print the poster by  email us the content with an additional charge of 200RMB. The posters will be presented during the “poster session”.

Payment Method

For international applicants, we accept credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The payment will be billed in RMB and exchanged to your local currency during your online payment authorization. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.

* Domestic attendees can complete online payment through Alipay, WeChat or credit cards.
