Kim is the Global Information Solutions Business model Leader and was most recently the Information and Technology Solutions Leader for EMEA.
He joined Mercer in 2001 as client manager and quickly took over responsibility for the Information Product Solutions business in Denmark and soon after also also for all the Nordic countries. Before joining Mercer he worked 7 years for IBM as client manager and before that he worked as senior analyst for International Data Corp.

Elley Cao is a Senior Principal in Mercer China and she is leading China Career Products business. She has more than 16 years of Human Resource consulting experience, and her expertise includes Compensation System design and implementation, Job Grading system design, Benefits Design, Employee Attraction and Retention Program, and Short-term incentive scheme design.
Her clients include a lot of multinational, private and state owned enterprises. Prior to joining Mercer, she worked for another global leading HR consulting firm as consultant of Compensation Solution Team.

Calvin Chen is a Principal of Mercer China Career Business. His primary focus is to deliver executive compensation, long-term incentive plan, performance management, executive retention in M&A and executive benefits. He has accumulated various experience in design and implementation of long-term incentive plan through working closely with different types of clients.
Calvin earned his bachelor degree of Management from Renmin University of China. He received his master degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from University of Illinois at Champaign and Urbana.
Based in Shanghai, Patrick Gong is a principal from Mercer China Career Team with expertise in Automotive Industry.
Starting from 2009, Patrick has been designing and delivering grading or salary structure related projects and Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) to clients in a variety of industries by using Mercer International Position Evaluation (IPE). Patrick is also the trainer of Mercer College Certified IPE Course and Compensation Planning Course.
Prior to joining Mercer Shanghai Office, Patrick has been working as a consultant for a leading consulting firm specialized in providing vertical solutions to clients. His engagement involves a diversified variety of functions including business strategy, HR restructuring, market entry, and creation of Standard Operation Procedure for a premier retailer in China. Patrick is fluent in English and with a degree in Business Administration from Tong Ji University.
Jackson is Mercer’s Practice Leader for Talent Strategy in the AMEA (Asia, Middle East, Africa) Region. He is based in Mercer’s Hong Kong office.
Jackson has over 20 years of experience in strategy and HR consulting. He has been playing the role of senior advisor to more than 50 leading companies in 10+ countries, covering both strategy development and hands-on implementation.
Jackson is known for his expertise in strategy, rewards, talent management and organization performance. He has extensive experience in formulating talent strategy for companies in the region, and has advised many clients on issues such as people strategy, rewards and incentive, organization design, organization transformation, KPI / performance management, career management, workforce planning and analytics, talent acquisition / retention, and talent assessment / development.
Jackson is also a regular conference speaker on HR and organizational issues, and has spoken in numerous conferences in the last few years. He also publishes thought leadership articles regularly.
Larry has an industry experience of over 25 years including close to 20 years with Marsh China in various client service / development and business management roles with a very successful track record.
His job as the senior relationship officer of a number of highly complicated risk management clients across various industries involve insurance consulting, program design and placement, coordination of international reinsurance placement with Marsh network offices, coordination of risk management / engineering services, and the overall management and development of client relationship.
Larry is highly regarded in the industry and has proven to be an enthusiastic leader. He is a member of Marsh China’s core executive team, appointed Marsh Shanghai Office Head in Jan 2015, promoted to Managing Director in April 2016, Deputy General Manager in April 2017, and Chief Client Officer in April 2019.
Larry holds a BA from Shanghai International Studies University and Master in Business Management from the University of Hong Kong.
Eric Lu is a Senior Principal at Mercer. He is leader of information solutions in East China. He joined Mercer in 2007, and has led numerous HR consulting projects at Mercer. He has deep understanding about HR challenges in the current business environment and experience in Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Salary Structure Design, as well as Foreign Employee Management and HR Policy Review.
Prior to joining Mercer, Eric has numerous years of experience in corporate HR. He has worked in Germany for 4 years, during which time he worked in an automotive company in the area of Management Development. After returning to China, he worked in two German companies in auto parts industry as C&B manager, later on as HR Manager, and thereby gained solid knowledge about HR practice.
Eric obtained an MBA degree from Freiberg University of Technology in Germany, and prior to that he received a Bachelors from Tongji University majoring in Civil Engineering.

Renée has over 20 years experience advising multinational and local organizations how to improve the health, wealth and careers of their people. Renee has worked over 15 years with Mercer, holding a number of diverse roles across different countries. Most recently, Renee was based in New York as Mercer's Global Leader for Individual Wealth, defining the core industry segments for next-gen Wealth growth for the firm. Prior to this role Renee was the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer in the Pacific Market; responsible for Mercer's marketing strategy in the Pacific and for the customer strategy designed to deliver better financial outcomes for Mercer's participants locally. Renee has worked with Mercer in London, Sydney, Melbourne, New York and now Hong Kong.

Daimler Qiao is Partner and the Leader of Mercer’s Career business for China. He is based in Beijing office. Daimler has extensive experience in strategy and organizational transformation, especially focus on government and corporate strategy, marketing and sales management, supply chain management, organizational change and performance management.
Prior to joining Mercer, he worked in McKinsey as Associate Partner, helped Chinese government institutions and state-owned enterprises on strategy and management transformation subjects. Before that, he was the VP of CHEMCHINA Environmental BU, leading Water and Environmental Engineering Projects. He was also a Partner of Accenture back to 2010 and he had worked for P&G on Supply Chain management.
Daimler holds Master’s Degree in Management Science from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
Puneet is a Partner and the GBS Career leader for International Region covering Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe & Latin America. During his 20+ years of consulting experience, Puneet has provided advice to leading local and multinational organizations across more than 25 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa & Latin America.
Puneet has worked extensively in the areas of Talent Management, Rewards Strategy Design and Benchmarking, Variable pay design, Broad-banding and Job evaluation across industries. He has also advised organizations on HR audits, managing people issues in mergers and acquisitions, and compensation outsourcing.
Puneet is an experienced facilitator and instructional designer and designs and delivers HR workshops and training for clients.
Prior to joining Mercer, he worked with one consulting company, where he headed their broad based rewards practice for SEA. Puneet has also worked with ABN AMRO Bank in UAE where he was head of HR for ABN’s Consumer and Private Banking Business.

A partner in the firm, Godelieve van Dooren is Mercer's regional industry leader for Asia-Pacific focusing on High Tech and Consumer Goods / Retail as well as Mercer's Benefits Products & Services.
She leads several industry forums comprising of leading High Tech, eCommerce/Internet, FMCG and Retail companies and serves as the regional account manager for large Consumer Goods and High Tech accounts across MMC.
Godelieve also leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer for the ASEAN countries and supports organizations in implementing D&I policies in the region.
From 2013 to 2016 she led Mercer's insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN, and also served as the Mercer Malaysia country manager.
She started up Mercer's Asia Pacific Employee Benefits products line in 2008 and is responsible for expanding Mercer's benefits surveys and related benchmarking and benefits valuation consulting across the region.
Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, performance management and development of reward schemes focusing on (flexible) benefits plans.
Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.
Based in Shanghai, Siren is a senior Principal and the General Manager of Shanghai Mercer Insurance Brokers Co. Ltd.
Siren has more than 17 years of working experience in benefits consulting and insurance industry. She has worked extensively in Overall Benefits Strategy Planning and how to optimize the ROI of benefits plan for many famous clients of various industries. Siren has in-depth understanding and insights of the market. She frequently speaks in industry forums and provides insights for media interviews.
Prior to joining Mercer, Siren was the East-China Health & Benefits Business Leader for another global consulting firm. Siren’s past assignments include working for a famous international pooling network and the Sales & Marketing Head of Group Pensions in a well-known insurance company.
Siren has obtained a master degree of translation from Shanghai Maritime University and a Financial EMBA master degree from Shanghai Advanced Financial Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She holds a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) certificate issued by LOMA.
