    He joined Mercer in 2001 as client manager and quickly took over responsibility for the Information Product Solutions business in Denmark and soon after also also for all the Nordic countries. Before joining Mercer he worked 7 years for IBM as client manager and before that he worked as senior analyst for International Data Corp. 


    Kim has a Master degree from Copenhagen Business School.

Before joined Mercer, Edward was a fund of fund investment manager for a top 10 mutual fund company and worked as a member of macro quantitative research team. He also held a position as head of product department for gopher asset management company and was responsible for product development pipeline and .post-investment management. Edward holds a Master degree in Business Management from Saint Joseph’s University. He is currently a Certified FRM (Financial Risk Manager) holder.

Patrick is also the trainer of Mercer College Certified IPE Course and Compensation Planning Course. 


    Prior to joining Mercer Shanghai Office, Patrick has been working as a consultant for a leading consulting firm specialized in providing vertical solutions to clients.     Mr. Kivel, based in Shanghai, China, has been working in the international recruitment field for the past 18 years. Originally from the US; he began his career in Boston, recruiting in the high-tech industry. Over the last 16 years, he has been based in London, spent over 10 years living and working in new Delhi, India, and has been based in Shanghai for the last 6 years. Mr. Kivel is currently the Asia Pacific Recruitment Head for GlaxoSmithKline, where he is focused on designing and implementing a centralized regional recruitment function. Beyond his regional work, Mr. Kivel is also leading a global project to enhance the Candidate Experience across GSK. This project leverages branding and marketing, and the use of dynamic communication methods to enhance the experience GSK gives their candidates during the recruitment lifecycle. Before joining GSK, he was working at Levi Strauss & Co. and was responsible for their recruitment strategy across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Prior to Levi's, Mr. Kivel was the Director of Asia Pacific Recruitment for Stryker Corporation based in Shanghai, and International Director of Recruitment for UnitedHealth Group, based in New Delhi, India.

    Larry is highly regarded in the industry and has proven to be an enthusiastic leader. He is a member of Marsh China’s core executive team, appointed Marsh Shanghai Office Head in Jan 2015, promoted to Managing Director in April 2016, Deputy General Manager in April 2017, and Chief Client Officer in April 2019.  

         

    Larry holds a BA from Shanghai International Studies University and Master in Business Management from the University of Hong Kong.

Since July, 2018, he decided to join Whirlpool China to serve as Vice President and Chief HR officer, to help to drive the Business Strategy Rebuild up and Org/Culture Transition in China Market for this 100+ years Home Appliance Worldwide Leader. Evan hold the Master Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.

    Eric Lu is a Senior Principal at Mercer. He is leader of information solutions in East China. He joined Mercer in 2007, and has led numerous HR consulting projects at Mercer. He has deep understanding about HR challenges in the current business environment and experience in Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Salary Structure Design, as well as Foreign Employee Management and HR Policy Review. 


    Prior to joining Mercer, Eric has numerous years of experience in corporate HR. He has worked in Germany for 4 years, during which time he worked in an automotive company in the area of Management Development. After returning to China, he worked in two German companies in auto parts industry as C&B manager, later on as HR Manager, and thereby gained solid knowledge about HR practice.


     Eric obtained an MBA degree from Freiberg University of Technology in Germany, and prior to that he received a Bachelors from Tongji University majoring in Civil Engineering.

    She leads several industry forums comprising of leading High Tech, eCommerce/Internet, FMCG and Retail companies and serves as the regional account manager for large Consumer Goods and High Tech accounts across MMC.

     

    Godelieve also leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer for the ASEAN countries and supports organizations in implementing D&I policies in the region.

     

    From 2013 to 2016 she led Mercer's insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN, and also served as the Mercer Malaysia country manager.

     

    She started up Mercer's Asia Pacific Employee Benefits products line in 2008 and is responsible for expanding Mercer's benefits surveys and related benchmarking and benefits valuation consulting across the region.

     

    Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, performance management and development of reward schemes focusing on (flexible) benefits plans.

     

    Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.

    Prior to joining Mercer, Siren was the East-China Health & Benefits Business Leader for another global consulting firm. Siren’s past assignments include working for a famous international pooling network and the Sales & Marketing Head of Group Pensions in a well-known insurance company.

     

    Siren has obtained a master degree of translation from Shanghai Maritime University and a Financial EMBA master degree from Shanghai Advanced Financial Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She holds a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) certificate issued by LOMA.
