AIM Manufacturing Base is advancing a “Digital-AI‑Lean‑Green” strategy to set a benchmark for smart factories. We have built an end‑to‑end digital ecosystem covering production, quality, and operations, deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), real‑time data visualization platforms to achieve transparency, traceability, and self‑optimization in production. Leveraging Digital Twin technology, we simulate equipment performance in a virtual environment to detect potential issues early, ensuring higher reliability and efficiency. We embrace low‑carbon principles by implementing energy‑saving processes, recycling initiatives, and eco‑friendly materials, while using digital tools to optimize energy management and reduce emissions.

AIM制造基地正大力推进“数字-AI-精益-绿色”战略，致力于打造智能工厂标杆。安德里茨构建了涵盖生产、质量与运营的端到端数字化生态系统，通过部署制造执行系统（MES）和实时数据可视化平台，实现生产过程的透明化、可追溯性和自我优化。借助数字孪生技术，在虚拟环境中模拟设备运行状态，实现问题的早期预警，从而确保更高的可靠性和生产效率。通过实施节能流程、回收计划和环保材料来拥抱低碳原则，同时使用数字工具优化能源管理和减少排放。
