Registration Fee

*Non-public Internal proceedings is only for conference communication, not be submitted to IOP.

1. The registration fee includes material fee, venue rental fee, lunch and dinner during the conference, doesn't includes accommodation fee and APC (Article publication charge).

2. The paper authors need to pay APC;

3. The working doctoral and postdoctoral students will be registered as regular delegates.

4. The accompanying persons need to register and pay the registration Fee.

* Important Notes:

♦ For student, please submit a copy of valid ID (student card) along with other registration materials.

* Refund Policy:

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:

* 7 days ahead of the conference: 90% of payment refund

* Within 7 days ahead of the conference: no refunds

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email xuying@cos.org.cn.
